Very bad experience…read more I paid a lot of money for carpets, but the quality was not good. The seller told me that if there was a problem, they would exchange it. I waited more than 4 hours because they did not have enough workers. In the end, I had to help myself. The seller was not respectful and did not have good customer service. When one carpet had a problem and I asked for an exchange, they asked me to pay an extra $200. This was not what they promised. I did not see honesty or respect in this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Please be careful before buying from here.

The price is a bit higher than the rugs I saw at Home Depot/Rona/Canadian Tire/Sears but the quality is way better (at least in my opinion). So if you're thinking of buying a rug, consider going down to this store to look at the selection and broaden your options. The rugs themselves - every single one was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. It took me almost an hour to look through the different options for medium size rugs and it was tough to decide on which one to get. He has rugs from Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, all handwoven. It turned out that we needed the floors to be levelled before the laminate could go down, and that change was handled smoothly and swiftly by Ibrahim, our contact at Val-U. We asked for skirting boards to be removed and refitted, and that too was all competently executed.
