Such an adorable cafe in the neighbourhoods of Tsawassen! I visited because I wanted a Baggu bag and they are one of the only stores in Vancouver to sell them. I called ahead and the staff were super nice and put it on hold for me to pick up. They also had a 20% sale so it was perfect! The store itself was great as well. Everything looks very curated and there are definitely a lot of good finds there. I particularly liked their dresses so I will definitely have to go back sometime. They're a cafe so the shopping is extra fun because I ordered a latte to sip on while browsing. read more

I've been a loyal customer since shop opened many yrs ago. I will never return after my call with their manager today. I spent $$$ yesterday at 3:13 p.m. When I got home I saw an Instagram post saying Spring 15% off until Mar. 3rd. No start date. I checked my bill + there was no discount, so I called the store + was passed to the Mgr. She said I must have "missed" the Inst post day before as she said there was a countdown clock + sale didn't start until today. So for the sake of less than a couple hrs I lost $34! I value + shop small local businesses BUT this business doesn't honour it's customers. So much for shop local....I will not be back. Their business practices are underhanded. read more

Sweet little neighbourhood cafe & blingy gift shop. Good variety of snacks and light lunch like quiche & salad. Lots of seating inside and out. The proximity of this shop to the local community as well as Boundary Bay likely contributes to it's success. Heck, you can even park your horse out front. After a walk along the delta on a cold December afternoon, I popped in here to warm up! So sweet! Lots of nice little Christmas gifts on sale, like cards, cups, jewelry etc. And a good selection of sweet foods! The cookies look amazing! There was also ice cream on sale, but my body flat out refused to acknowledge it, heheh. The latte was a little bitter for my taste, but I loved everything about the place, so am bumping it up a star :) read more

This is a regular hangout for us. It's great for warming up with a chai latte after a cool walk along the Bay or coming for a snack and cool drink on those hot summer days. Always lots of people coming and going. Sit inside or out - blankets available and doggie water. Don't miss the very back room of trinkets for sale. If you have a small group (4-6), this is perfect b/c it's a separate room from the rest of the cafè! If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it It's almost always bustling with locals or cyclists doing the Boundary Bay ride. I've enjoyed any food they sell. read more

A hidden gem! Being new to the area, I'm all for scoping out the local coffee joints and boy, am I glad I found this place! I've had coffee and baked goods twice here. The first time I had a pumpkin scone. It was much better than the icky sweet ones at Starbucks. The second time I had a chewy ginger cookie which paired well with my coffee. My mother-in-law really enjoyed her quiche and salad. I usually prefer to sit inside, but there is ample outdoor seating. What I love the most about this little cafe is that it feels like a little gift shop too! There is a selection of jewellery, scarves, purses, honey, tea, spice mixes, and home decor type things. I have been here a few times and I will most definitely return because it was (1) tasty, (2) good value, (3) not your typical coffee shop, and (4) locally owned. read more

The coffee, tea and food are good. The location is great. The service is usually polite. However, there are two things that bother me about Beach Grove Café. The first is there is so.much.stuff. inside, all gift items for sale, including mugs in the bathroom (ew!) that you can barely move around. This is especially tricky if you go with children, as they want to touch everything. Which leads me to my second point; the speed of service, they are SO so so slow. I live locally, and have been numerous times, especially with my kids. 45 mins to get two ice creams and a coffee. Yes, there were people inside, and two people in line in front of me, but three people working behind the counter. The slowness always makes me hesitate to go there. I am not in a massive rush ever, but also, my time is valuable. Needs a good manager to improve their efficiency and then this place would be amazing. read more

Our favourite weekend breakfast café. The Americano is as good as it gets. For food I recommend the breakfast scone, breakfast wrap, yogurt parfait and the chick pea salad. The cafe doesn't only sell food and drinks it's a store as well! It has jewellery, home decor items, scarfs, beautiful plants, artisan food and more!
