They let my auto policy lapse (I did get one "courtesy" phone call and when I didn't call back, they just did nothing) so based on the 8 day lapse in coverage ( it took me a week to realize I didn't have insurance) I am now being penalized about $100 per month. Now they are telling me I have to take responsibility for this. So you might as well go direct to some insurance company, cause Serna will do nothing for you anyway. They just lost my business for home, flood and auto ...I hope the owners find out that their agents don't care about their customers.
