The person I spoke to said they would call me back but didn't, so I sent a follow-up message. Someone texted me back, claiming that removing drivers would increase the policy cost. When I asked for clarification and a phone call, the person who identified themselves as Brenda refused to answer my questions and only communicated through text. I eventually called customer service and was routed to Brenda, who still wouldn't answer my questions. When I asked to speak to the manager, the person who answered hung up. It's frustrating that they wouldn't provide me with thorough information or call when requested. I called customer service and asked to be moved, not because the agent was terrible, but because of his staff. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I wouldn't do something like that. I did check the time, even though I knew the establishment closes at five. If the person had explained that they could give me a callback tomorrow as soon as they got there, I would have understood. But, it seemed like the representative just wanted to finish it and leave.
