Suddenly changed this month the way clients log into their website to pay their bill and it did not work, went into the office and employee was wildly unhelpful! All I get is a run around with no justifiable answer, and endup getting send to a survey. It's like they are trying to get rid of customers. This place deserves zero stars, when it comes time to file a claim they either ghost you or will deny it. They will find any loophole any reason as to why you weren't covered at the time of the accident. Even if you have a policy you never canceled but a few days late on a payment you will not be covered on an accident. It's cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for. Customer service is garbage. Please don't waste your time and money. It will cost you more money in the end having to pay out-of-pocket to fix damages whether it's your fault or not. read more

Absolutely a waste of your money. I had acceptance insurance for years. Then when I was rear-ended on the freeway by a insured driver. I filed a claim the same day. I recieved one un scheduled call from the adjuster. A month after the incident happened and asked her to call back when I was available. She never called. Here I am 4 months after the incident with no response or action. I've paid thousands of dollars for full coverage and when I needed my vehicle fixed they did nothing. So I fixed what I could on my truck out of my own pocket and canceled this bullshit insurance. I've called countless time and left many voice-mail with this "adjuster". 4 months go by and no action has been taken by this fraudulent company. I am out alot of money and still have damage caused by this other driver. This is a 100% real story and I will never trust a company like this again. read more

My son was rear-ended by a young man in IL with Acceptance Insurance. The adjuster low-balled the quote by 70% and expected us to pay the difference. He was content to let me drop the claim and let my insurance company take them to court which could be up to two years. Don Swanson treated me very disrespectfully as if I was dumb. We will send three reasonable quotes from reputable auto collision dealers in our area. In the meantime, Acceptance Insurance will be reported to the BBB and IL Department on Insurance.
