I am NOT in good hands with Allstate, and I also have the Gold package for Homeowners which does not mean squat. I am not the only one with Joel that has suffered and he will loose a lot of business due to this. I have filed a complaint with the SC insurance commissioner, and will pursue legal counsel. My house has structural damage, which the adjuster said to hire an engineer. WOW. So as long as you don't need Allstate with Joel Rice, then you are in good hands.
