Not a very reliable office for an insurance agency. Update: He arrived and went in the office at 10AM, turned on all the lights, and has not opened the door yet, and it is 10:40am. Update: My husband just called at 10:40am, and amazingly he answered, and we found out he's open, but hasn't flipped his sign around.
