I had a very disappointing experience at this AAA location. Despite being the only customer in the…read morebuilding, I was rushed through the transaction, and it was obvious the saleswoman's focus was on upselling rather than providing genuine service. I kept telling my associate that my address was not in California due to being in the military, but she signed me up for the California club anyways. I'm still not confident I have the correct service for my needs. The interaction felt impersonal and driven by sales targets, not by my needs as a AAA member for ~8 years. Don't get me wrong, I got what I needed and they did it quickly, but overall it was a depressing experience. The office environment also felt unnecessarily tense... one staff member told me they were going to work regular hours (9-6) on New Year's Eve. Even the military allow minimum manning during the holiday periods to allow their members adequate celebration time with their families. I'm glad I don't work for this AAA club. Overall, I left feeling like a number, not a valued member. AAA should hold its locations to a higher standard.
