Wow, this place is the worst. Every single time I have to deal with the people in this office I am amazed that they even stay in business. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me and finally the girl at the desk offers to schedule me an appointment for the next day. When I came in for my appointment they said they didn't do appointments and I had to wait another 40 minutes. When my policy was going to expire I called and asked about other options and they gave me a quote over the phone and said I would need to come in to finalize it. When I got into the office they said they couldn't get it for that price after all. I finally called the "complaint line" they have posted on the wall and was transfered to a person that didn't speak enough English to communicate with me, let alone process a complaint or fix a problem. What a joke. If you can afford anything else, take it. This place isn't worth the headache, even if their rates are lower. read more

She is extremely knowledgeable, and not inept by any means. Her helpful and very calm tone makes you feel valued, respected, and listened to regarding your insurance. Every time I call with questions, she always remembers my name, and she always answers any questions I have. With my 2 invisible disabilities, I often have extra questions and additional concerns because I don't understand the complex jargon. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling comfortable with everything. Ok this is not some top notch-bundle and save auto insurance business. It's basically a run of the mill get me a piece of paper I can keep in the glove compartment gig. From my experience your rates are based off several factors including your driving record, make and model, age, etc. With that being said no two policies would be the same. Any descent business model would suggest a product (ie insurance) is offered at a given* price. Multiple variables will affect the initial deductible including the company Cost-U-Less 'refers' you to. That's the jist of the matter, they find a third-party agency willing to give you the best price.They are acting as a middleman that we wouldn't be able to consult otherwise. I have paid late fees before and don't like them. If I know I can't follow through on a commitment I have accepted, then I'll find another solution/business. read more

I have never felt the need to say something negative about a place but people need to be warned. They bated my with a reasonable quote over the phone so I went in to fill out the paper work. When I went in they used every sleazy sales ploy and tried pressuring me into a quote that was much higher then before. He was blatantly lying to me and kept calling his district manager to try to give me a lower quote, "which I wasn't even asking for as I was just trying to leave at this point".
