I was up front with the staff about my anxieties and was expecting to leave further traumatized as, frankly, I'm a horrible patient. Dr. Beeson and his whole team were all really amazing and patient and kind. I think it was the kindness that stood out the most. I called this dentist that day and told the pleasant receptionist what happened and she got me in THAT DAY ! Seriously.....nowadays.....who does that? Perhaps i may be out to lunch on this as many businesses may also help you with same day service but i was incredibly happy..... My dentist and assistant (no names mentioned but you know who you are) were quite quick, thorough, and repaired my tooth as if nothing had originally happened AND I was on my way out the door! The best part was that they repaired it that day where they likely could have asked me to come back a different day...... All of them always have a smile on their face :) The technology they have in the clinic is great. I thought the monitors they use to show the x-rays were really cool to visually see what Dr. Lucas Stepanko was going to be doing to my teeth and working on before the procedure starts. Started my appointments with Laura - who I really liked. After my initial fitting, Laura was no…read morelonger there. The bottom denture NEVER fit properly! I realize that the first year a lot of changes are taking place, but the bottom denture pushed my lip out and even effected my speech. I was assured that over time and after about a year and having the dentures relined would make a huge difference. I mentioned at that time the bottom denture did not seem to fit properly, I was told it would be made right. After booking an appointment to have the dentures relined, I was then told that I to fix the bottom one, I would need a new denture and that would mean having a new upper denture made as well. I was offered a discounted price but after thinking about it felt that the dentures never fit properly to begin with, and it seemed really unfair to have paid for a product that wasn't right. When I mentioned this to Chrenek I was met with an angry response and then an offer to do the new dentures for free. I have decided that I do not want to take my business to Chrenek Denture Clinic and will do more research to find a better Denturist in the future.

I was told about Dr Gaultier from a fellow nurse,nice man but he's dental work was questionable,all…read morethe dental work he did ,chipped and fell out.I had a permit retainer in and it fell out 7 times.He accused me of being bulimic,because of my enamel,I'm on panto.He also accused my 22 year old son a druggy because of his enamel is also bad ,we have Gastroesophageal reflux disease ,GERD,which I had explain to the Dr. He still insulted my son,who is very self conscious of his teeth.He has acted very unprofessional.

I had been using one in another city that was modern and efficient but now I see I was duped.
