I saw Keagan at the Grande Prairie office and he was excellent. Hearing tests done, procedures explained, devices in my ears when I left, and a follow up appointment was set for the next week. The staff were really good about helping me get any financial assistance available. The next day I got an email from Keagan to see how things were going and to answer any questions I might have. I have seen him twice since and he has made any changes I needed, reassured me when I needed it, and taught me more and more about my hearing aids. I am sure there are places where the aids cost less, but the level of follow up, the free hearing test, follow up appointments and batteries more than makes up for the cost difference. Started my appointments with Laura - who I really liked. After my initial fitting, Laura was no…read morelonger there. The bottom denture NEVER fit properly! I realize that the first year a lot of changes are taking place, but the bottom denture pushed my lip out and even effected my speech. I was assured that over time and after about a year and having the dentures relined would make a huge difference. I mentioned at that time the bottom denture did not seem to fit properly, I was told it would be made right. After booking an appointment to have the dentures relined, I was then told that I to fix the bottom one, I would need a new denture and that would mean having a new upper denture made as well. I was offered a discounted price but after thinking about it felt that the dentures never fit properly to begin with, and it seemed really unfair to have paid for a product that wasn't right. When I mentioned this to Chrenek I was met with an angry response and then an offer to do the new dentures for free. I have decided that I do not want to take my business to Chrenek Denture Clinic and will do more research to find a better Denturist in the future.

I do like how clean and well organized the store is.. I wish my house looked as put together. They have a very nice and extensive pharmacy section; more selection than a lot of competitors nearby. I'm not sure whether that is to compete with London Drugs next door, but it is definitely a nice addition.. There is also a larger than usual bulk food section (Note, bulk here does NOT mean cheaper than pre-packaged.. ) Overall I still recommend, but I think they need to work on their pricing. I'm sure they make a lot of profit off college students, most of whom are walking distance, who haven't learnt how to shop for the best prices yet.

On April 28 I finally booked an appointment to get the prescription filled, told it would be a 1-2 week wait which is normal and I expected to wait awhile. But the lady Courtney who helped me was amazing and patient when I was picking out what frames fit my face best. Everyone at the office is so warm and welcoming.
