Started my appointments with Laura - who I really liked. After my initial fitting, Laura was no…read morelonger there. The bottom denture NEVER fit properly! I realize that the first year a lot of changes are taking place, but the bottom denture pushed my lip out and even effected my speech. I was assured that over time and after about a year and having the dentures relined would make a huge difference. I mentioned at that time the bottom denture did not seem to fit properly, I was told it would be made right. After booking an appointment to have the dentures relined, I was then told that I to fix the bottom one, I would need a new denture and that would mean having a new upper denture made as well. I was offered a discounted price but after thinking about it felt that the dentures never fit properly to begin with, and it seemed really unfair to have paid for a product that wasn't right. When I mentioned this to Chrenek I was met with an angry response and then an offer to do the new dentures for free. I have decided that I do not want to take my business to Chrenek Denture Clinic and will do more research to find a better Denturist in the future.

Terrible record keeping and customer service by office staff. Ongoing disputes simply because they…read moreneglect to keep information organized. Every few months i get a call or a bill for unauthorized treatment for my daughter. A splint was made wrong and i am expected to pay for it although dr. herbert told me in person that the splint was included in treatment. Additionally she told staff infront of me that the splint would not be charged to me if insurance didnt pay for it. Now months later after I thought this issue was long ago dealt with, yet again i receive a ledger copy indicating i owe them money. I am sick and tired of dealing with this over and over because they cant keep their records straight. I would never recommend this office.

I recently had surgery here and was thoroughly impressed with the experience (not so much with the…read morepost-op pain, but that's a separate issue). The day before I had my PAC (basically pre-op clearance). The wait times were short and the staff were super efficient and friendly. When time for surgery came the next day at 7am, wait times were again very short and I was in the operating room before I knew it, dozing off to some wonderful pharmaceuticals. I had to spend 2 nights in the hospital after the surgery, which were painful days, but made much easier by the friendly and competent nurses who were right on time for my 4-hourly doses of more wonderful pain killing pharmaceuticals. Discharge was a breeze, and that sums up my experience with the hospital. Only minus one star because the place is definitely showing its age and needs an update.
