Horrific job of prepping ground for sod. Before they laid sod back in fall of 2022, my husband spent almost a week digging up big rocks, concrete, etc. to prep after the crew graded and prepped it. These concrete pieces only down in ground 4" below grade. Epcon's answer to everything is: this is how we do all our communities", or, "We've used these contractors for Years." It doesn't make it right just because you've used them for a long time. Take some pride in who you hire and how their jobs are performed. If I owned Epcon, I'd be totally embarrassed and ashamed at what you pull on all of the residents here. Also absolutely terrible lack of correspondence for EVERYTHING! There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

Myers says it's my responsibility as the homeowner even though I do not own the area where the update occurred. It's the property's. They are the property management. If they are not actually managing the property, what are we paying them for? This review says "service requested" but they will not respond as they say that it's not their fault the city needs to update. Since I said they were obtuse in thinking my problem is with the city water, they said I am name-calling and they will not reply further. If you feel like being ignored, purposely being misunderstood, doing the work of the property manager for free, and throwing away your money, by all means go with Myers.
