There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

She was kind, thorough, and after me making multiple calls she remained responsive, and truly dedicated to her craft of initiating care, support, and understanding. On this day! Today! My husband and our son filled out the applications and on this evening, today! Were approved. I don't say this lightly but Anna again and again thank you as who we communicate with during a busy day also matters.
