The house I wanted to buy had the offer accepted and it was only after month(s) I found out the HOA was incompatible and we passed on buying the home. I then hired Pam as my realtor (one of the smartest decisions I ever made!). I soon learned that in selling your home the diligence of the realtor makes all the difference, and in finding a home, the persistence and someone who listens makes all the difference. As an added bonus, Pam had the knowledge to transfer my home under current propositions and issues around property easements.
