First month, right after charging me the regular rent, they went ahead and randomly charged for another two month's worth of rent on that exact same day, they never returned it. Then, eventhough I gave them a 12 days notice and fully moved out by June 30. they illegally swiped over $420 from bank card before moving date. They closed for the Canada Day, didn't do their jobs, and then blamed me for staying until July 2nd just to keep my money. They just make up ridiculous excuses, shift blame, and steal your money. I like that the access to the compound is restricted by key fobs, and because it's so well lit, the place doesn't feel "sketchy", even after dark. I feel like my things are safe and secure. Also, the woman who runs the front desk is super friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the prices for packing supplies -- the bubble wrap and plastic wrap were less expensive than Home Depot or U-Haul.
