We received a phone call from them the next day saying we had two boxes that had remained in the hallway. I was grateful and thank them but and let them know that I was in between Montreal and Toronto and not back for another 3 weeks only when I returned I was informed that they had thrown away my boxes. I was absolutely stunned and frankly devastated because the value of the boxes was very important and precious to me. I was offered no compensation and was told that the management doesn't want them to keep anything for customers. And that the cleaning crew threw out my two boxes. When I reported this they said once there is a charge they can not issue a refund. I've dealt with other Public Storages where this isn't the case. This specific branch is scamming people by billing them twice.
