I went to the front desk and they said payment was not made. I told the desk clerk that payment was made I could show him the transaction on my phone he refused to look at it. After a lengthy argument he unlocked my storage and he said he would speak to his boss. I removed some items and put them by the doorway when I returned a lamp was missing. They do have a sign saying they are not responsible for stolen items but does a sign give you the right to steal. The padlock was gone the next time I went and I never received an apology.

Moving is very stressful and we had a few extra challenges to deal with. A tight budget coupled with an extremely heavy & bulky electric adjustable bed, and a delicate teak hutch & buffet made us pretty nervous about choosing a decent mover. Thankfully Zaid came through for us. He showed up exactly on time with his two helpers and they got to work right away. They were friendly, polite and asked all the right questions. No wasted time or complaints about the heavy bed, either. Unloading was also nicely uneventful and the men laid out runners to protect our flooring. So far we haven't found any damages to our house or stuff. We paid in cash and there were no hidden fees. At the time of our booking it was $95/hr plus a $160 travel fee. We were able to calculate and budget easily and came in right around our expected cost when it was all done. We did move a lot of the little things by car in the weeks prior, though. That's why our move from downtown Toronto to West Mississauga was so short! 10am-2pm. I would definitely use these guys again (and probably will, considering the type of business I am in!)

Everything was packaged nicely and the gentleman brought everything to our car. So far, after having used some of the boxes for packing, we can tell they are great material. The moving bundle we got also included tape, bubble wrap and packing paper which has been SO useful. We were able to get all of the moving supplies we needed in one spot.
