I am sorry they had a bad experience. Mike and crew communicated with us very well. Also, they were fitting us in between other jobs, working in 110-115 degree temperatures with horrible humidity and frequent downpours. They were extra careful with our property and had laid down pieces of the old, removed carpeting so as not to track mud into the house. Four days later and I am almost tempted to keep this house instead of selling it, it looks that good!

There were two areas in my upstairs where he laid flooring that he had put a "patch" on the subfloor. Both areas started bubbling up about two weeks after installation. I called and told him and he said it was definitely not from the patching, even though those were the only two areas with issues. He then proceeded to blame me, saying I asked for the subfloor to not be fixed. What really happened is that he assured me that patching the subfloor would take care of the issues, and I trusted him as a professional. He then told me that if I wanted to have it fixed I would have to pay full labor. Also, I paid an extra $100 for him to patch/dap my baseboards on the first floor. He didn't finish the job after I paid and never returned my calls to finish the baseboards or attempt to work with me on correcting his shoddy workmanship.

Carpet throughout had stains all over it, bathrooms were bad, just overall, terrible. I did a walk through with a family member after it was cleaned, and I was so shocked and amazed at the job Haller's employees, (Bill, Steve, and John), did on the condo. They did a fantastic job. The carpets were as clean as I have ever seen them, they did an amazing job on the stains, there were some discoloration on one of the bathtubs, not any more!
