The…read morescammer I opened my door to, Gregory Daniels, Residential Account Executive, representing Optimum in Eureka CA. Sold me a special on Internet. $25.00 dollars a month, for 5 years!! If it's too good to be true!!!!!! So I was sucked in, even though my gut told me, " NO!!!!! ". I didn't listen I gave Gregory Daniels all my bank information.....I paid $25.00 dollars for the first month. The " GUY " came out and set up the modem. Next thing I know, I got a bill for $14.17 dollars in my email, for the first month. $54.+ dollars for the second month!!!!!!!!! I took the modem and cords down to Optimum on Monday, May 25th and had the service disconnected. Optimum took the $14 dollars out of my bank account!!!!! Forgot to say, service was set up in April. I cancelled the required auto pay and deleted my bank information from the Optimum website. BEWARE of people like GREGORY DANIELS coming to your door. IN TRUTH AND HONESTY WANDA WATERS

I had an appointment for between 12:00 and 4:00 today. I carefully scheduled myself so I would be at home from 12:00 on, and in fact I was home from 11:45 on. I noticed an email that came while I was away stating that the appointment was changed to 11:30 and 4:00. I also had received several phone messages from the technician stating he would be there at 11:30. When I discovered this (around 12:15) I returned his call and left a voice message. I also sent a text message. Around 1:15 I decided to check and found this message at the dish website: Customer not home. Please reschedule. Left doorhanger. There was NO doorhanger. That was a bald faced lie. They had sent an email saying the appointment was between 12:00 and 4:00. 11:30 IS NOT 12:00. I was available after 12:00, not before. I also called and got got a CSR who was obviously not an American and spoke with an Indian accent, who would not listen to me and kept repeating the same thing over and over again until I had to yell at her. I have high blood pressure and don't need your rude CSRs from India (taking away good American union jobs, btw) giving me shit. You don't need this arrogant hassle There are other TV providers out there.

On multiple occasions I've called or stopped by, only to be told that no one was available to help me. Each time I left my name and number, I was promised a call back -- but I have never once received one. This forces me to return in person, where the outcome is usually either: 1. "We're out of stock," or 2. "Someone will call you back." As a small business owner, I only purchase 1-4 locks per year, which is nothing compared to the large timber company that seems to get first priority. Still, every customer deserves fair treatment and basic communication. A promised call back should actually happen, regardless of order size. On my most recent visit (two trips in one day), I finally spoke with someone knowledgeable about inventory and keying. Even then, I was told "someone will call you back." That was over three days ago, and I'm still waiting. At the time, there was open discussion among staff about whether additional stock was available, but I left without answers. Because Abloy keys cannot be duplicated by other locksmiths, I'm now forced to shop online, where replacement keys can take weeks. This lack of support locally has cost me significant time and frustration. This is not an isolated incident -- I've had at least three other nearly identical experiences with Security Lock & Alarm: no follow-up, repeated visits, and wasted time. It really highlights how small businesses and individual customers are deprioritized compared to big contracts. In short: if you're not a large-volume customer, don't expect much help here.
