I clearly have ovaries. I just showed the technician a CT scan that referenced my ovaries. They charged me almost $400 out of pocket for an ultrasound that is completely unusable by my doctor. I've been calling for 2 weeks trying to speak to someone and no one will take my call, return a phone call, or acknowledge me in any way. They should be embarrassed to treat people this way. I've launched a complaint with Tennessee Health Facilities Commission. If you feel like you have received an inadequate quality of care, inadequate diagnostics or communication failures regarding Premier Radiology Cool Springs, you can call THFC at 877-287-0010. Update: THC is escalating my case and referring me to the Office Of Investigation for Health Related Board, where I'll have to file a complaint against the tech and the radiologist. There's zero reason it has to go this far, but Premier is refusing to engage. This is madness.

Instructions were very clear prior to my appointment, check in was fast and friendly, and even though they were very busy, there was ample seating in the waiting area. Most times when you have to drink oral contrast, if it's not the liquid chalk, it's the nasty water reminiscent of Flint tap water. My CT called for the Flint water, but you have the option of either lemonade or fruit punch flavoring. I opted for the fruit punch and it actually did a great job of covering up 64 ounces of foulness. Since I was able to get the contrast down in a flash, I didn't have to wait that long for my CT. The tech that took me back also took care of getting my IV started. This guy is an absolute pro! Even with a large bore needle and nothing more than contrast to drink, he found a juicy vein and got a perfect, pain free stick on the first try. This man needs a raise! The tech that performed the CT was also great. Even though they were very busy, he was able to get my scan done quickly without me ever feeling rushed. Everyone involved was very friendly and super professional. If I need another scan in the future, I would certainly have no issue coming back here.
