They should have contacted me days ago to let me know that. I am thinking that I need to go somewhere else next year. I've seen them six years and only once did they get it right.

I was told that I would receive that on my billing statement which never came. I have since called at least three times and am getting the royal run around including no records available and no one responding. The girl who helped me check in (I'm sorry I couldn't remember her name) was very helpful. I was scheduled for two tests that were hours apart on the same day. They, without me asking, arranged for me to have both things done while I was there instead of having to come back for the second test hours later. I waited a little bit but that was way better than having to come back. The ultrasound technician seemed thorough, the MRI team and the technician were all very nice. I had a good experience and wanted to correct my previous review. Whatever changes they've made are working.

The point here is be prepared to wait an hour for your 10 min appt as the process here seems to be lacking.
