I am so sorry to see a couple of 1-star reviews; I have had nothing less than an absolutely amazing response from Accountability Resources and to be specific, Nicole and Natalie, They are and have been incredibly responsive considering most OTHER agencies seriously GHOST you! I have been working with these ladies for 8 months and have been in constant contact whether it's a Monday morning or a Saturday afternoon. Nicole always PREVAILS and Natalie immediately follows up. I have never seen a Company so DEDICATED to their clients that they make themselves available on the weekend. I am incredibly confident in my abilities, level of education, knowledge, etc.. That being said, I am rather picky and refuse to settle. Nicole and Natalie have always taken this into consideration and have placed me with a Company that matches my Talent. They (AR & Nicole/Natalie) are incredibly Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Resourceful, Caring and much more. They represent one of the most Reputable Employment Agencies in Austin. Accountability Resources was a lifesaver for me. I had been laid off from my job on December 12, 2017 and had absolutely no luck finding a job in the Medical Billing field that would pay enough for me to live paycheck to paycheck, let alone save money. I tried finding a job on my own for a little over a month with no luck. I decided to take a chance on Accountability Resources based on an add that they had on Indeed. I met Nicole Hutchenson on January 24, 2018. She reviewed my resume, we discussed what I was looking for in a job and for a salary. I started my new job one week later on January 21st making $7.00/hour more than I had been at my last Medical Billing position. Since then I have been hired full time for that job and couldn't be happier! Nicole, Natalie, and the other members of the Accountability Resources team have all been very helpful and friendly. The other bonus for me is that they are members of AAFA, and if I decide to move back east, they can help me find a staffing agency to help me find a job in the areas that I am thinking of moving to. In February of 2021 I found myself suddenly unemployed and at a loss for what to do. I found a job pretty quickly, but discovered that it was not the right fit for me. Laurie has helped place me into two different roles that have been a great fit for my skill set and personality. The first time around (a few years ago), I wasn't crazy for a company that gave me an offer and Laurie was completely understanding and within a month ended up at a great company where I learned so much.
