First of all, let me just start by telling you thank you for all the help you have given to me. Due to your awesome job and expertise I am now on the right track and out of trouble. Tip: Remember to always hire an accountant if you have a business because at the end of the day you never know the whole image of what is in your right when it comes to paying your taxes. Let me give you the summary of what my business started like and what help I got after I hired CPA Linda for my case. I hired Linda to file for my 2016 and 2017 tax return since I was so busy. I was working so hard and did not have enough time to take care of my taxes. In the year of 2017 I set up my company and had so much hope in it that it would be successful. I had so much hope in it that I actually sold my house in order to invest in my company. I was previously with this Accountant who in actual fact was not a CPA. I noticed that when it comes to Taxes you MUST always hire an accountant who is experienced with Taxes and must be certified and if you want to stay on the safe side make sure you hire a CPA at the very beginning, in other words as soon as you open your business. If someone majors in accounting it does not mean he is an Accountant(make sure you keep an eye on this too). In my opinion, I thought I was taking care of my business and would never give up and this was shocking to me when I found out in the mail. When I hired Linda as my accountant. They told me right away what to do without even letting me finish my case, since they were experienced in this field and it was not their first time seeing such case arise. Both her team and her were awesome and were professional to the dot. After they had reviewed my case, they knew what I actually needed was to represent me in order to contact the IRS. They had asked me to did you get a notice from them. I showed them the notice which had highlighted the following: - Texas Notice of Intent to Forfeit Right to Transact Business If you ever have the following issue with your taxes: - failure to pay - failure to file CPA Linda will definitely make sure to help you because she knows what you might have done by mistake without intentionally knowing. After they contacted them on my behalf they found out that I got the notice because I failed to file my return for the 2014 fiscal year. They ended up helping me file the taxes for me and amended my return. Because of this, I walked away not paying anything. Another friend of mine, had his penalties reduced and was helped by Linda to pay his penalties using a payment plan. If you ever have to pay your taxes and file them correctly they can help you to reduce and waive penalty fees and on top of that set up a payment plan if you cannot afford to pay the full amount. All in all, I was super happy with their expertise and truly believe they have a lot to say when it comes to accounting. I got referral to Linda CPA by our friend after I became very unhappy needed to find a new accountant for 2015 returns after some negative experiences with our previous one in Dallas. After the initial consultation, we feel very confidence about their CPA firm. Linda and her team members are very easy to work with, returns calls in a timely manner and was very quick to give me tips that saved me money. She is very professional, and their fees are reasonable. When she has the time, and even when she does not, she will engage you in a friendly conversation which is hard to find in most businesses today. Linda has proven to be everything the other guy was not - responsive, flexible, thorough, prompt, and to the point (i.e. you ask a question, she gives you a direct, informed answer, which is exactly what I want - no BS). Seems very knowledgeable about tax law (kind of what you hope for in an accountant!). She provides you a really extensive tax lists and worksheets that they customized for my business and personal to fill out, which was very helpful to me in determining what documents I needed to obtain, plus potential exemptions / tax implications of various things I have going on that would never have occurred to me (and the old accountant would never have asked). My old accountant never asked me to do any prep work before we met ("just bring whatever documents you get in the mail" is all he said), which should have set off warning bells... You can tell Linda and her team value your business - I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get in touch with their office manager and other accountants, and how quickly they got back to me. Unlike many of the places I looked into when researching accountants, she really is customer focused. Additionally, she was the only one who was willing to meet with me and provide a Less range for my returns prep (which was very reasonable) - the others just gave a wide range (several hundred dollars difference) and didn't seem interested in even speaking until I'd signed an engagement letter for an unknown cost. Given my trust issues with the last accountant, the initial consultation and were reassuring. I am so glad that she works with individuals and business clients throughout the year - i.e. doesn't disappear until next tax season like some accountants, so I need to reach her I will be able to, Quite satisfied with this year's tax experience and glad I made the switch. read more

I received IRS audit for my small business earlier this year, we freaked out as soon as we got this piece of news. We never thought this could have happened to us. We never thought a CPA was necessary for such a small business. Previously, my wife and I chose not hire a CPA since our business was so small and we wanted to save some money. We did not hire CPA before since, we want to save our cost. When an IRS agent gave us a call we knew we were in trouble or did some careless mistake. CPA Linda is such an awesome and knowledgeable individual. Her staff went above and beyond than what is required in order to help me fix my taxes. They were a mess before she took them. I booked a consultation for $75 and she absolutely deserves it, during the interview she reviewed my documents, she did not rush me to get it over with. Another very professional trait she has when it comes to her communicating with others is that she was super patient when I did not understand an issue I had. She broke things down at least five times in order for me to finally understand what she was talking about. I could tell after a couple of seconds that I was in level 1.1 in knowledge of taxes while she was level 10. I asked questions and she replied back in such a professional way. I rarely write reviews but I had such a great experience with Linda that I want to get the word out of how good she is. I originally was going to do my 2012 personal taxes via turbotax or some other online way. I got almost to the end and realized I owed a couple of thousand dollars. Shocking.
