He collected easily and I was in and out of the chair quickly. He also let me take a Garfield bandaid to show off how "tough" I was. They recently renovated this office and it was the *nicest* Quest Diagnostics I've ever been too. Clean, efficient, and convenient - and honestly, you can't beat that! Upon walking in, you come to a waiting room with a few machines to 'check in.' You can make an appointment but you can also walk in, like me. All you do is scan your insurance and ID at the kiosks and the computer does the rest! Being that there were about 10 other people there, I waited about a half hour, but I didn't think that was long considering the amount of people there and I was a walk in! The TV screen in the waiting tells you approximately how long you are going to wait, in addition to what number you are in line. The lab associate that took my blood work was kind and efficient, as well. I needed around 15 samples drawn and she took the time to ensure everything was correct and accurate. One of the samples could not be taken because of the time, so she me directed how to proceed. Overall, you can't ask for a better experience when getting blood drawn!

Terrible Experience at NJ365 Urgent Care…read more I took my elderly parent to NJ365 Urgent Care and had a miserable experience due to a fragmented assessment process. Good patient care requires a holistic view, but the doctor here only focused on one piece at a time. This poor process management was evident when they were later forced to change their initial notes after we provided more details. As someone who understands effective process flow, the doctor should have first determined how the condition developed, and then assessed how the patient was feeling. The whole approach felt disjointed and lacked the comprehensive care we expect. I would NEVER recommend NJ365 Urgent Care. If you're nearby, note there is another Urgent Care around the corner.

They didn't call us until closer to 1, and even when they did call us we had to wait another 15 minutes standing in a hallway (even with my wife and I having a 1-year old that we had to hold), so wasn't actually seen until 30 minutes after the appointment time, and during this hallway waiting time multiple people who arrived after us were seen before us. When we were finally called in the room to take blood, they took blood from my daughter's arm rather than using a finger or foot prick which is the recommended method for pediatric collections for children this young. If they advertise that they do pediatric collections, this should be the standard procedure for children her age, but since they insisted that they can only draw blood through the arm, my 1-year old was obviously screaming, crying and squirming. The assistant kept telling her to "stop crying" and "sit still" in an annoyed tone. She's literally only 1 years old! Do you honestly think she knows what that means?? Never going to this location again, and if you have to bring your child for bloodwork I suggest you avoid this location at all costs!

Unfortunately Lab Corp's set up to book appointments doesn't take this into account and do my appt was 2 hrs, not 15 min. This put strain on not only the wonderful person who provided my care and took the time to enter all of the tests in right but also her other colleague, and all the other patients there. I felt terrible. A man and a woman who were waiting a long time were pounding on the door and once the person helping me opened the door, they berated her for more than 5 min, yet she never lost her cool. She also worked thru her lunch break. Both of the lovely, professional ladies working here deserve a raise! Total professionals & class acts!

Then today March 2026 I'm notified that THIS company has sent me to collections for a $415 bill that appeared out of nowhere. There's no charge or trace of this bill on my actual hospital bill/receipt. In the months that have passed they have never contacted me or made it known in anyway that I had a bill with them despite having access to all of my contact information, address included. It's as if the bill appeared out of thin air. I called customer service hoping for access to more information on this charge and (as is my right) the option to pay with my insurance, I was denied both immediately. I was told there was no way for me to access the bill or ANY information with University Radiology despite them being responsible for the charge, I was denied the option to pay with my insurance and was told I had no choice but to pay the $415 to the debt collectors ( Remex inc) who also provided no information on this sudden charge and is leaving no option but to pay off the bill TODAY . As someone who now has to cough up almost $500 for a mystery charge or suffer bad credit I seriously recommend avoiding any hospitals working with them you can check who they work with on their website at the bottom of the page.
