Turns out when I left the shop not all bolts were tightened and torqued to the requirement. I had a suspension bolt that was left very loose and the was only being held on by the safety clip. I'm very displeased that this had happened, even when I was recommended to go to the shop in the first place. If I did not find out what the cause was it most likely could've lead to more problems then what I first started out with.

And if they were to do something it would take 24 hours at least, and cost me. The "new" tire, without me hitting anything was practically in shreds, just 3 days later and they couldn't help me? Waste of time, especially considering i needed to drive back to salt lake, and confirmed I was in a time crunch with the employees.

I have been coming to this Les Schwab for about 9 years, but won't be anymore…read more I had them replace the shocks on my car in the fall, and they were awful, arguably my car was better with the old shocks. The new shocks are rough and noisy. I brought it back in and was told that everything looked good and that after a test drive it was fine. I drove all winter, the noisy aspect got worse, and the ride didn't get better. I took it in again, and got the same answer that nothing was wrong. I looked at the invoice, and looked up the shocks. The shocks they put on are the cheapest shocks you can buy at AutoZone, but at a significant upcharge, I'd rather them tell me, I got cheap shocks, and I got what I paid for, instead of trying to gaslight me into the fact that there is no noise/the ride is smooth. Won't be going back to Les Schwab.

They fix the tires when I find screws or nails, and have honored the warranty if I've had any problems. They always give you options in brands and value. They're great at sourcing the tires I need and have great staff. Aaron and Wayne always take care of me and my vehicles. Apart from tires they've fixed a couple air condition problems in an old work truck, and replaced a radiator in my 2008 Jeep rubicon. I will keep buying my tires from these guys while I live in Brigham City! Also, they always tell me to come back in after driving 50 miles or something so they can re-torque the lug nuts. Don't forget to come back and get them re-torqued! It's easy and fast!

Because of an extended warranty with my dealer I took my truck there for repairs. There was nothing wrong with it. I have been a loyal customer with Big O for over 40 years. This is the first time that I have been intentionally misled by Big O in all the years I have been doing business with them. I am very disappointed and will no longer trust their advice or judgment in the future.
