Long story short after 4 months and numerous phone calls nothing has been resolved. Vern the owner will not return my calls. I now have a unusable sliding window. The owner of Bonners Ferry Glass will not take care of the customer after the sale. Very disappointed and I will let every one I know not to use Bonner Ferry Glass.

I double checked with them before posting a $700 deposit to order the winshield. Imagine my surprise when they said they could not do it after we waited an extra week to do business locally. To add insult to injury, after returning our car to us they told us to go ahead and have the dealer do the calibration and they would reimburse them. We did that but the dealer wanted to be paid for doing the work so we paid them. When we asked SAG to reimburse us they declined and said "that's what you pay your insurance company for". So in addition to waiting over a week extra and making an extra trip to Spokane Valley we are still out an extra $242.63. I was a sucker to believe them twice. I should have learned the first time.
