I had to tow my truck from Nelson to Kokanee Ford in Creston. I requested that the used transmission be sent back and a rebuilt one, which I ordered in the first place, be sent. Kokanee Ford refused. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake. I had to tow my truck back to Nelson.....and then learned Kokanee Ford kept 3 parts to my truck, which they are not returning....very disappointed!!!

After further inspection, in the tire rotation process, they determined that a 2nd tire on the same side was about to blow also. Luckily for me they had two tires of this unusual size in stock, and went ahead and replaced the 2nd tire without even calling Hertz for approval---they said it was a safety issue. Yes, I know, as I saw both problems. Terry & Chris were terrific. Their techs provided super fast and quality service. Very honest and trusting (not to feel like they had to call Hertz a 2nd time) service people.
