We scheduled a date and time, which I changed on him twice (Mike graciously had no issues with that at all), and they showed up when they promised, right on time...once we had a date solidified of course! The gentleman who came here was so professional and efficient my entire team was talking about him! After they left, we realized that we had forgotten to give them 5 boxes of documents. I contacted Mike again and he offered to send a van to pick up the boxes for us to be shredded at their warehouse the next time they were in the area. I was called by the dispatcher to confirm a pickup date. Since I work nights, I rely on voicemail and text for scheduling, and I confirmed the appointment both ways within a reasonable window (7/22/26 for a 7/27/26 appointment) -- including a voicemail left on the business line at 10:53 PM. Despite that, I was removed from the schedule and found out via an email and phone call from the front office (Debbie Jo) stating I hadn't responded. I was fine with rescheduling but wanted to explain that I believed my voicemail counted as confirmation. I was met with a condescending tone from the start. She told me, "I called you at least 6 times," and "just pick up your phone." When I mentioned the voicemail, she responded, "Yeah, at 2:00 AM! We heard all about it this morning" -- though my voicemail was actually left at 10:53 PM, not 2:00 AM. Again, my work hours are different than the 9-5. I wasn't upset when I called. I was upset by how I was spoken to, and by being mocked with a detail that wasn't even accurate. If a callback window is that strict, that should be communicated to customers upfront -- not used afterward to make them feel foolish over a mistake that didn't happen the way it was described.

I worked out the approximate price ahead of time and confirmed the price with the driver. The bill was double the price we were quoted. When we contacted the owner he was rude and not willing to listen to our concerns. We paid the bill and will not use them again. Cannot recommend this company.
