Very Good school! They are bilingual and they have classes available on Sunday so was convenient to me. I got my cdl A no restrictions.

In 2019, Getting my commercial drivers license scared the beejeezus outta me. I put it off for too long, and wound up with a tiny window of 1 month to take the classes and pass the driving exam before I lost out on the opportunity of a lifelong career Luckily, Accurate CDL to the rescue!!! I completed 8 practice drives and achieved my CDL in exactly 1 month. I regret pinning it down to the wire like that, procrastination does not always pay! The instructors were patient and kind, they believed in me. I had one minor freak out regarding the engine compartment portion and they just shook their heads at me and said "just memorize it" . So patient. I literally jammed all of that info into my brain and I now know what an axle and a radiator look like hahaha Honestly I could not have done this without them. Maybe I was wrong about this business. I got my Class B CDL license with this school. The owner Marlon is very nice, easy going, and top notch, as well as the instructors too. Wonderful Istructors. Although I had to reschedule my road test twice due to the bus breaking down I still passed the road test on the first try. The only thing that needs improvement is the technology they use and they have nobody to answer there phones. Also I drove by the school the other day and now they have two buses now. I give it 0 stars. So disappointed and upset. 2 weeks ago I set up an appointment for my son to have driving lesson to brush up before his driving test. I even paid in advance. Never showed up, never called. I called before way before closing time and no one picked up. I even called their other location in Freeport and nada, zilch, zippo. Yelp your reputation will go down hill if you advertise irresponsible companies for consumers to rely on. read more

As any institution, there are always things to complain about. The real charm isn't the facilities. It's the people. Everyone at Accurate has been kind, welcoming, and understanding. They are always willing to listen and answer any questions. If I could give this school a 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible driving school at the Franklin Square Location. They don't answer there phones you have to call a lot of times and when they pick up the phones they say call back and then do not pick up the phone. You are never with the same instructor, when you take classes and you be waiting for an instructor and they show up late without informing you. Save your money go to a different school that actually care about there students and not the money. read more

Where do I start, this place is extremely unprofessional and they love wasting their customer's time. I've had to reschedule my driving lesson twice because they just somehow forgot that i scheduled it, the 1st time, they just blatantly forgot and just said sorry. 2nd time THEY SENT ME TO THE WRONG PLACE, I had my appointment in laurelton but I guess they FORGOT again and sent me to garden city and of course I couldn't take it in garden city because it WASNT SCHEDULED THERE, it was in LAURELTON. Another annoying thing is their phone situation, it takes me AT LEAST 30 minutes for them to finally pick up the phone. The only good thing about this school is the teachers. Poor Business management. The instructors are good but the staff that works here are LAZY!!! The building is supposed to be open at 10am but The receptionist litterally sat outside until she felt like opening the door. Smh I was late to work becuase of this. Took 10 driving classes with the pre-licensing course & road test. I was very happy with Ginny as my instructor & I passed on the first time... which, of course, was the ultimate goal. Giving 3 stars because the cars could definitely be cleaner and updated and while I signed up for a 9 AM lesson each day, the instructor was often late (sometimes even upwards of a half hour) and while I was always given the full 45 minutes, that did mean that the remaining students would also be given a late start. I do recommend the school for the cost and learning style though and 100% 5-stars recommend Ginny. read more

This business is absolutely amazing. I was fortunate enough to have Ginny as my instructor and let me just tell you that she's just a doll. She just threw me right in to help me get comfortable with the car, driving, and being around other cars. I recommend anyone who wants to use this business to request Ginny. I was nervous starting the process of trying to get my CDL class B license. I went to this school and took the 4 two hour package with the bus for the road test. Wady was my instructor and very informative.If you do what he asks of you and study the material you will pass like I did. I went here for the pre licensing course and purchased 8 lessons. I had Junior and Henry for the lessons which both are very great. They're very knowledgeable and I felt very confident after the lessons. They're much better instructors than the ones I tried at Elmhurst. They also have cheaper prices compared to other schools around the area. 5 stars for Junior and Henry but had to take out one star because I wish they have newer cars. read more

These guys are really unprofessional. First of all, these video watched for the 5 hour class is from the 90s. It's literally on an old tv they don't even sell anymore with a built in CD PLAYER smh. And the driving classes forget about it. I had one scheduled last week. The driver was great and informed he would be going away on vacation until after the new year so i'd be doing my next double class with another instructor. This lady just called me and told me I had to reschedule 1 day before my lessons because he won't be in. You guys knew he was going on vacation. Why do i have to reschedule after waiting 2 weeks to get the class in the first place? Horrible I'm never doing another lesson here. You all need to get with the 21 century. Before I took my road test she told me what to expect and I listened to her and she was right. I passed my road test Bc of what she told me.. about the costumer service. The instructors have been late to every lesson now. I purchased 10 Lesson package and I'm not too impressed. I had Ginny and Henry. Cars could be a bit updated, phone customer service could be a bit more efficient. You can't charge people hundreds of dollars for subpar services. read more

I first started Accurate Driving School about two months ago in September. I just passed the road test today November 13, 2012. After leaving another driving school for being dissatisfied with their service I found Accurate Driving School and tried taking lessons from them. At first I tried out all of the teachers to see which driving teacher would be the best for me. However on October 9, 2012 I failed the road test. However there was one more teacher I hadn't tried Simbilly he was very patient and helpful and I took 7 lessons with him. We went over all the important aspects of driving and preparing for the road test. I am happy to say that I passed the road test and that if you choose to go to Accurate Driving School I highly recommend that you chose Simbilly as your driving teacher to help you prepare for your road test. I wish it was possible to give zero stars for this company. I called Wednesday asking to have 3 driving lessons for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 1pm each. The person that spoke to me over the phone said that I was good to go and that the instructor would be at my house at 1pm sharp each day. Thursday nobody showed up by 1:30, so I called the company and asked them what happened. They got back to me about two hours later saying that the instructor was unaware of her schedule for the day and they apologized, then told me I had an appointment Friday for 1pm. I decided to give them another chance. They called me back later Thursday night asking me if I'd be willing to move my appointment to 9am for Friday, and I wasn't available at that time so I told them no. They then told me that my 1pm would have to be cancelled then because their schedule changed. I said okay and then asked them if I still had my lesson for Saturday. They told me yes and that they'd see me at 1pm. It is now Friday at 2:30pm and the business just called me asking me if I'd be willing to move my appointment to 11am Saturday morning, so I told them to cancel my appointment all together. Never come to this place, unless you want your time to be wasted. Worst customer service ever !!!! read more

Horrible place! Nothing but a complete Racist! We went there today to sign up for lessons and road test, the woman sitting at the front desk completely ignored us. When we entered the office, she was talking all nicely with two Caucasians customers explaining everything in detail. Once they left and we headed to her to inquire, she literally turned to her computer and started typing. Didn't even look at us, she had already seen us and because we are colored she just disregarded us as if we didn't exist. Pointing at the flyers sitting on the table and said, without looking at us, take one of that all the information is on the flyer. I stood there looking at her and not once she turned her face. And then I said to her, it seems like you're too busy to attend colored customers, but you had plenty of time to attend to customers before us. And we left, but she didn't bother at all to stop us or talk to us. Never again going to this horrible place or suggest anyone to go to this horrible place. A small-minded Bigot! read more
