We were very pleased so I purchased a package (and they have several options), and I've just purchased another one. Before purchasing the 2nd package I gave my son the opportunity to consider other options but he likes the instructor and is learning techniques, and not just driving. In my opinion, nothing can replace quality lessons, or peace of mind when your child is about to start driving on their own. Later on I plan on purchasing highway lessons. Nosey mom that I am, I peeked out the window and observed the instructor giving him instruction before letting him pull out. The instructor is always on time, communicates well, and my son is more confident behind the wheel. From my end, it's easy to set up appointments, they're professional, customer friendly, and easy to reach - another thing that is extremely important to me. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I passed the road test easily. Mike was really patient with me and encouraged me to drive more confidently, and he was very punctual as well. I had driving lessons and failed a road test with a different school before, so I wanted to take more classes this time around. I even ran over a curb right before the exam because of nerves, but it helped that I made all the mistakes beforehand instead of during the exam. The five hour class was engaging and interesting. I remember some of the tips they told us even now. I found the receptionists and Mike very helpful in accommodating my schedule. I would call them constantly because I had to schedule around work and vacations. I also set a goal to schedule my road test right before my permit expired within 3 months, and they really helped me get the right date for my test. I found Mike's business card today as I was cleaning up and decided to recommend him as driving teacher. I hope he is still teaching there.

I went in to ask if they did the 6HR defensive course and was told that they did on Wednesday's for $65. Since Covid the classes are now done via zoom which actually worked out better for me because I was able to now just sit at the comfort of my own home and do the class. I also was excited to hear that upon completion that my insurance dropped just for taking the class. Currently I have my sister taking lessons I believe the driver she is with is called Rham and she says he's awesome and very patient with her. What we really liked was that they work around your schedule, the driver will come pick you up if needed and take you home after each lesson. My sister is a new upcoming driver, she's young and still in school so we wanted to get as much lessons needed and this place offers a few package deals that helped get her going. The package we actually took was the 12 lesson package which included 12 lessons, the 5HR class certificate, and the appointment and the car for the road test. All in all it's a place with people that have the right attitude and get the job done, what more can you ask...?

Bell is different - they are straight with what they offer, customer service and booking were excellent, and their policies are clear. Peter was my instructor and he was, in a word, outstanding. He was very encouraging, patient, and thorough with his teaching. Although I failed my first test due to my own negligence, Peter helped me work out my kinks and I passed on my 2nd try a week later. I would absolutely recommend him, as some others have here! I also want to specifically highlight how accommodating they were when it came to lesson pickups. I live in East Queens but Bell largely operate in Long Island. I thought that it would be a hurdle, but we agreed to meet in Bayside for my lessons. If you're in Queens and want a solid school, don't overlook Bell!
