I passed the road test easily. Mike was really patient with me and encouraged me to drive more confidently, and he was very punctual as well. I had driving lessons and failed a road test with a different school before, so I wanted to take more classes this time around. I even ran over a curb right before the exam because of nerves, but it helped that I made all the mistakes beforehand instead of during the exam. The five hour class was engaging and interesting. I remember some of the tips they told us even now. I found the receptionists and Mike very helpful in accommodating my schedule. I would call them constantly because I had to schedule around work and vacations. I also set a goal to schedule my road test right before my permit expired within 3 months, and they really helped me get the right date for my test. I found Mike's business card today as I was cleaning up and decided to recommend him as driving teacher. I hope he is still teaching there.

An hour before the first lesson , Moses called my son and told him he was running behind and my son should meet him at the driving school. My son has a learners permit and cannot drive unless he is with a license driver. How was he supposed to get to the driving school? The bus? pay a Uber to come to the driving school for a lesson ! Secondly , he taught my son basic driving skills , no pointers on parallel parking or any useful tips for passing. Lastly, he is bad at returning calls, to this day, we are waiting for him to call is back to schedule the road test. The receptionist is nice , she tries to help. Unfortunately, my experience with this driving school was extremely disappointing and ended up…read morebeing a waste of both time and money. I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this driving school.

Youseph always focus on all the details and made it so easy for me to be confident after I almost gave up. I was so comfortable taking the test after my lessons at level up with Youseph and passed I highly recommend the school, they are available, convenient when it comes to scheduling lessons and road tests and very affordable prices and most important they are the best at what they are doing.

She taught me everything and gave me the confidence I needed for the road test. I really appreciated the feedback she gave, clear answers to my questions, and her patience.
