Steve and his team did a great job. We needed a fence installed last minute to help with my mother in law moving in. Steve was able to rapidly deploy a team and get it done in time. His quote came in $900 less than the other one that I was able to get for this project. Just a note. Steve runs a very lean operation. He drives his own SUV that's not fancy and his team used a u-haul truck. (So don't expect new company branded vehicles,). Hello Friends, I am giving the rating to Accurate Fence because this company and owner's customer service is completely opposite of the name. They move my fence back panels which took them one week with lake of their employee communication between them. After three month there was Milton Hurricane arrive which took my Fence panels and took a part due to not set up correctly and did not put cement Poles. It is very sloppy work and very bad customer service. If you have money to waste, then you sure hire this company to do any work. They don't have proper professional people to work with. We hired Steve to install a fence for us in January 2024, and I will say that once the fence was installed, we were very happy. We put the request for estimates in via Yelp, and Steve was quick to respond and met with us on a Saturday (which I appreciated), and even gave us a military discount (my husband is a veteran, I'm retired). That being said, it was difficult to get him to commit to a work schedule and to finish the work: the start and completion timeline kept getting delayed, but he would never reach out and tell us this. It was always us calling him and finding out what was going on. At one point, his crew left a trailer parked in front of our house, blocking half of the road, which was frustrating because our street is so narrow and we do try to maintain good relations with our neighbors. This is why I am leaving four stars instead of five. To end on a good note, again, the crew did a great job installing the fence, and it looks fantastic. Of note, we did NOT have a simple project: we had a wooden fence installed around the sides of our yard, and an aluminum fence on our seawall, to keep people from falling into the water below. We hired Accurate Fence in March of 2022. They are military-friendly with their prices...in all, actually, they either matched or beat the price of the lowest-priced competitor. We had a pretty sizable job...white vinyl fencing with gates on both sides of the home. For the most part, we were satisfied with their. However, there were a few minor corrections, and Steve (The Owner) had his crew come out to correct the deficiencies. Although they were extremely busy when we called and asked for a timeline each time we requested their service, they eventually arrived to make corrections. The two things that I can honestly respect about the owner of Accurate Fence (Steve) are that he is a man of his word, and he definitively honors the warranty on his products and services. If you exercise a little patience with this small business...they will eventually do right by you. He even came out 2 years later at our request to address an issue we were concerned with and fixed the problem! All in all, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who cares to ask. Loved working with Accurate Fence. My dad is elderly and lives in Florida. I manage his needs from another state. When I called for a Fence install, Stephen understood my situation immediately. And give me your phone number. Also if you would get your property map out it would immediately tell you where the property lines were.
