I am still waiting for Jillian to resolve the incorrect shower doors that were installed. I ordered custom shower doors specifically with a square header on November 8, 2025. I showed Jillian a picture of exactly what I wanted. It took 6 weeks for manufacturing. Shower doors were installed on December 26, 2025 with a rounded header. Jillian advised that the manufacturer did not make a square header. Well, that should have been said during the 6 weeks for manufacturing. My order clearly states square header. I am still waiting for a resolution. I paid $1,565.00 for a specific type of shower door header. You can come and take them back and replace them with the correct one. I have not used them at all. Me and my husband have called and left numerous messages. Jillian has not returned any calls. The rails and all my hardware are square and at that cost, I expect what I ordered. We bought a new place and we gutted out the two bathrooms and we used the master bathroom was long so we made the door 43 inches of glass 27 inches from the door. It looked amazing . The glass door has water repellent company hardware which was brass it was cut and made to perfection. The woman that arrives. Came to my house, went over a previous issue with previous owner and she assured me the job would be done perfectly and she would personally oversee it. Jessica took very detailed measurements with a laser (all other contractors used measuring tape), answered my 100 questions - patience of a saint! Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with. Brought my mirror in to have the glass replaced. 6 ' wooden frame with a mirror inside. They broke a piece of the wood off the frame and refused to do anything to fix it. One of the the workers actually said we fix mirrors not wood. He was an old nasty ass man with a horrible attitude and has no business approaching any customers. The girl inside told me that someone should've told me when I dropped it off that they are not responsible for any damage done to the frame. If they would've told me that I would've went someplace else. Spent a decent amount of money to have this mirror replaced. The least they could've done was refund me some money to cover the damage. read more

I was on a quest to find a solid mirror for my 2018 Santa Fe driver side mirror, since Hyundai decided to put in a double mirror to "enhance" the blind spot in the upper left side corner which completely messed with my eyes. So after a brilliant idea, which my body shop guy came up with, I went to Accurate and they said they could cut me a single side review mirror to fit over the double mirror, and they did so perfectly! Had to go back and forth with these guys only because they are very particular with their measurements (which is a good thing). Glass quality is great! But even better was their installation team. They had two installs scheduled for the day so they never once felt rushed. They laid down protective padding to not damage my newly renovated marble bathroom floors. I am so disappointed and disgusted in this place, I had to say something. I went in with my small bathroom mirror and said the edge needed to get fixed as a small piece was missing. They said, we can't fix it, we need to charge you $80 to have a new one done. I said, fine, then so be it. I paid them the $80 + tax and left. They called me over 2 weeks later to say the mirror was ready. I came and picked it up and shame on me for not giving it a thorough one over. However, considering how bad the mirror was done, I don't think that would have mattered. I went home to install it and there was a broken piece in the SAME PLACE as the first one. I went back and said, this is unacceptable and they said, no you signed for it, it's your responsibility now. I said, can we work something out? I am willing to pay for another one if you can discount this one. The woman was SO RUDE, couldn't even find my order in the system and said, no we don't take responsibility once you leave here. I pleaded with her, but she did not care one bit. Nice customer service you guys have over there. Funny, I went to another glass place and they said the following, you were overcharged, and the work that was done was a laughing joke. Beveled glass should not have been on the mirror, it should have been flat. They charged me less than 1/2 the price I paid and said it would be ready in a few days. I'm livid. What a joke. read more

Consumer beware. Extremely poor business practices. I am not in the mirror or contracting business so when walking into this business I knew the measurements I needed for my five mirrors I wanted made. The girl behind the counter started off ready to take my money. They are the masters of add ones and apologies. I assumed which one should never do for the price they would be delivered since they said nothing other then they would be done in four days. When I arrived to make final payment they informed me there was nothing on the back to hang them and that would be additional money so I agreed and was told four days that was on a Friday and they called Tuesday to ask if they were being hung vertical or horizontal. The girl knew this had she been listening since I said they would be hung ceiling to floor. She then said it was additional for delivery so I said my friend would pick them up with his truck in which she said don't worry we will wrap them really good. Two weeks later no phone call to say they were ready. I could never recommend this business. The reSon I went there in the first place is because the have a big sign that says they give veterans a discount and since my father served, I have one son in the Marines and another son in the Airforce I wanted to support this business and never would I ask for the discount. When I reminded the girl at the counter of what she said to me she replied whatever and walked out of the room with two other employees saying nothing. You want to support veterans send a direct donation to one of the many funds out there but believe me when I say they are unprofessional and in my opinion desperate when they cannot correct their mistakes when dealing with the public. And last when I got the mirrors back a client was there that told me her own contractor had said avoid them at all costs. With a reputation like this it will be hard to get repeat customers or referrals. I would have told all my clients to use them but instead I will also tell them to avoid this business at all costs. read more

I brought a sample piece of glass here to have four shelves cut to size. The first time I was told they are all the same size, even though I questioned why none of them lined up evenly. Of course when I got home they didn't fit the intended piece of furniture. I returned to have them recut. Two days later, they were ready. I returned to the shop to again see that there was a difference in size of every piece. Three trips to the store and now an hour of waiting and they are still altering. Workmanship is shoddy at best. Installers were inexperienced and overloaded. The owners do not care about taking care of the customer, instead choose small claims court as their method of bill collecting. They don't stand by their work. Stay away from these guys, especially for shower doors, a complete mess that cost us a lot more time and money to fix. read more
