I LOVED working with GKB. Daisy, the receptionist is so sweet. My salesperson, Yoselin, was helpful in every possible way. The template guy, Javek, did an incredibly thorough job and taught me so much about what it takes to ensure proper counter care and installation. The installation team was fast and efficient. Overall, it took me 2 weeks from start to finish - from picking the stone to installation. I had the BEST experience here and I was feeling wary at first because of the previous reviews. However, I decided to go with GKB and am so glad I did. In detail, here's why I highly recommend GKB for your counters: 1) Yoselin was so attentive. I would email and call her with a million questions and she always took the time to carefully answer each one. I had her on the phone for 45 min at times and she was never impatient. I felt secure in my transaction because I had Yoselin on my side and I knew she was 100% dedicated to making sure I was happy. 2) Javek is the most knowledgeable template maker you will ever meet. He came and spent 2 hours making a custom template for wood boards. Other companies bring pieces of cardboard and guesstimate. Not Javek. This guy is responsible and exact. 3) Installation team came and had all the pieces installed in 1.5 hours. They were on time and very respectful. 4) The quotes were spot on. No hidden fees, no surprises. You can pay deposits with personal checks. Final payment needs to be in cash. 5) I had the opportunity to go in store and pick out the exact cut of the stone after my template was done. This is great - such flexibility! I literally had the opportunity to tell them which corner of the slab I wanted them to cut from and specify all the details. This process was also easy and pain free. 6) GKB has the largest selection of QUALITY slabs at the best price. I looked at 3-4 different slab vendors. Either the vendors were over pricing their stock or their slabs were uninspiring. The quartzite I ultimately chose was something I found ONLY at GKB. It was the "yes" moment I was waiting for. 7) I felt valued as a customer. They respected me and my time. At the end, I got the exact counters I wanted and they are beautiful. Really? I should pay thousands of $ to a company to pick out what slabs they want me to have and if I don't like what they pick, their answer is to buy an entire slab or take someone else's leftovers that they couldn't sell. At the suggestion of James K. of Joe K. and Son, I went to this vendor to select the granite for our new kitchen countertop. I had already decided I wanted something in grey. Ana took me around their showroom to show me different designs of granite slabs in grey. I selected one called, "Ocean Blue" with a pretty wave-like pattern in the stone. Then they sent Peter to measure our kitchen cabinets to prepare the template for the countertop. He recommended that we have a polished rather than a leather finish for the countertop since the polished finish is easier to keep clean and maintain. He also suggested that I go the next day to look at the granite slab I chose and have the template placed over it so I could give input about which part of the slab I wanted to have cut for the countertop in the layout. As Peter had recommended, day after he prepared the template for the countertop, I went back to see Ana and Rafa looked at the template placed over the granite slab so I could indicate which part of the slab I wanted them to cut for the main part of the countertop around the kitchen sink and the stove. They indicated that they would use leftovers from the same colored granite for the rest of the countertop. I hope all will go well with the cutting and installation of the countertop. I will update this review when that process has been completed. I can't comment on the pricing because I was told that they don't discuss pricing with the customer but only with the kitchen renovation contractor since the latter gets a contractor's discount price. read more

Plain and simple: don't use this company's services. They are unprofessional. At first there was an issue with the name of the beautiful white/gray stone I saw and ordered in store. Before placing my order, I took a picture of the actual slab's sticker. The name tag clearly said Arabesque White. I thought that it was granite at the time, because that's what the sales person at Granite Kitchen Bath LLC told me. But once I wanted to pay for the stone (through my contractor who is wonderful), I was told that I'd be getting one called White Macaubas instead. Apparently that's what Granite Kitchen Bath LLC told him. I did everything possible to ensure that I'd be getting the slab I saw in person. I e-mailed and called them multiple times. I even went back to their office and showed them the pictures I had taken. I was told how it is one and the same product with 2 different names. And that is clearly not the case. There's White Arabesque Marble and then there's White Macaubas Quartzite. While both stones are white/gray and come from Brazil, there are significant differences in their hardness and durability. Employees who work at a company in the stone industry should know the difference and point it out to their clients. Yet the people working at Granite Kitchen Bath LLC repeatedly insisted that it is one and the same product. Now marble is not recommended for kitchens, because it scratches and stains easily. I can think of at least 10 different foods that can damage it permanently... But this company's employees are clueless. I was even told that "all the slabs look the same" by one of them. In retrospect, I should have cancelled my order right there and then. The next issues we had were with the template and installation. I have a slide-in gas range (i.e. one that goes between 2 cabinets and overlaps on both sides to prevent crumbs from falling and getting stuck between the oven and the cabinet.) Once the person who was supposed to make the template showed up, he did not inform me of any discrepancy in the height between the 2 cabinets on each side of the oven. A few days later, the installers showed up at my home. At one point they called me in and claimed that they couldn't install the stone because one of the cabinets was sitting ever so slightly higher than the other. So they refused to complete the job. But I was assured that they were going to come back as soon as my contractor adjusts the cabinet's height. I specifically asked them if there was going to be a charge for that. They repeatedly told me no. I must have asked them about it 4 or 5 times. They said that they both lived only several blocks away from me and would come back at no extra cost. They left the countertops unglued and left. Next, I heard from my contractor who said that someone from the management at Granite Kitchen Bath LLC was requesting an additional $250 from them for the installers' "extra trip." What extra trip?! They said how they lived only a few blocks away from me! I ended up having to argue with them for a few hours. Once the installer came, he couldn't do the work. He mumbled something about needing a wider piece to go behind the oven. When I told him that someone from their management wanted to charge us for his 3 blocks trip, he shrugged it off and pretended that he had no idea what I was talking about. He then left. A few days later, the installer showed up at my place unprepared (once again.) This time around, he wanted to cut the stone in the middle of my newly-renovated and freshly-cleaned apartment. I had spent months renovating it and 2 days ensuring that the place was spotless. So I told him that he can forget about cutting the stone inside. He left again. The job was done eventually, after many phone calls, e-mails and multiple trips to their office. I am still not sure which type of stone I got. It has been several years since all of this took place. I can see staining on the stone, despite doing my best to clean and maintain it. Having paid $85 per square foot, I realize that I could've gone to a way more professional place for the job. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

Buyer beware! Do not use this place. Their customer service is horrible and they are incompetent from their showroom to the manager to their installers who damaged my walls, left a mess, left caulk or sealant on the counter top, drilled the holes for the sink faucet crooked and too close together DESPITE the fact that they physically had the faucet in their possession to ensure proper spacing. They were told 4 inch on center. The pedestal sink had the same faucet installed that they could've used as a model. They drilled the holes off center- one 5/8 inch and one 1/2 inch off center. There is Zero faucet that will fit this space. It's crooked to the drain in the sink and the sink is not centered to the cabinets. The other counter if off by 1/16 on the side and they tried to fill it in with caulk. It looks awful! They messed up the measurements so couldn't do a backsplash. They measured inaccurately so they did not have the back splash for the master bathroom so it was not installed bc it didn't fit the space properly. They damaged the Sheetrock in the pass through to the shower. They also installed the bathroom shower bench with the stick still on it. I'm not sure how to remove that. DO NOT use them! Incompetent from every aspect of dealing with them. And my husband is a contractor! read more

Adam, the owner, came out himself a day early to measure. As promised it took 5-7 business days cut and install. The girls in the office were super sweet every time I called or went in (even when I went in to change my selection). I seriously have not one complaint about this company. Had a granite counter installed in February 2017. When they installed the counter, they did not do the design/ layout correctly and the installer was sanding the stone by hand. It was not the same etching and smoothness of the other sides. I called them numerous times in 2017 and no one ever called back. Did they take money off? HAHAH, nope. Now to today, my stone has been changing colors significantly and appears stained. I called them again numerous times and finally got to their ONE service rep named Damian. I emailed him pictures and spoke to him and basically told me that my stone was not sealed correctly and that they are not at fault. He said my stone is light and needs proper maintenance that I am not doing correctly. Where is this info on the paperwork? No where. I did seal the granite myself. Their quality stone is terrible. Spend your money somewhere else. They have terrible customer service, do not seal your granite, do not measure correctly and when you call they do not let you speak with people in charge. read more

I recommend Granite Kitchen & Bath in Clifton, without reservation. And they worked hard for us to earn that review. GK&B partners with the company we bought our kitchen cabinets from, but we weren't set on purchasing from them. But after looking at other locations, it was clear that they had a great selection for great prices so there was no reason to go somewhere else. The purchase, templating and install went fine - no usual waits or communication issues. We purchased an unusual granite - it has lots of colors and is very veiny, which makes it more prone to cracks along the vein. We were not aware of that when we selected it. About 3 months after install we noticed 2 different cracks that went all the way through the granite, by the kitchen sink. One had taken in water. Like many like businesses, GK&B takes only cash and bank checks, so we were gearing ourselves up for a battle, and we could not have been more wrong. They were responsive and attentive. Within a week there was someone here to look at the cracks. They gave us more then one option for how we could handle the problem. They did right by us in every way possible, and never once made us feel as if we were over-reacting or being unreasonable. The very first thing people comment on in our new kitchen is the countertop - it's just stunning and unusual. And we could not be happier how GK&B worked with us. read more

Horrible experience, the wrong countertop was delivered and installed, I was charged more for the mistake. They told me too bad & there was nothing they were willing to do. To make matters worse, they sold me quartz saying it would never stain at all, but whatever they sold me stains very easily & even was delivered with stains already on it. Horrible installers, while the sales people on the floor were generally nice although misled (probably unintentional) about the material type of some of the slabs, the problem begun when the installers showed up, handling our slabs rough, foul language, and extremely imperfect installation while claiming that my kitchen is the problem, the seems were so recognizable that i had to called another company , pay $450 to make it look a bit better , its a very long story but to make it short dont try to save a buck or two by taking them, you will dearly regret it!!!!! read more

HORRIBLE is an understatement !! while they weren't as bad in the beginning, although not much helpful and late returning calls when they promised they would. nothing compares to the unprofessional of the installers, i chose a very expensive stone, they dropped it on the street while taking it off the truck (camera showed it) cracking it , they put it in the lobby and creamed it up with some clear cream to cover the crack and later argued with me that its just how natural stone supposed to be, the main installer a big burly constantly cursing Russian guy, had such rough and imperfect hands, back splashes was put very imperfect, half an inch away from the wall and not even, getting angry at anything i remarked to them , the story goes on and on but i dont have time now to complete read more

I tried to get an estimate from this company and was treated very poorly by Shantel. This woman is rude and has a very bad attitude. I don't know what her problem is but she has a BAD attitude. She told me she would send the estimate to my contractor but never did after 2 weeks. When I called her to ask a couple questions... she gave me attitude. I left a message with the manager and never got a call back. I guess they don't need or want my business. Constantly put on hold and transferred to someone who has no idea what I just explained to the first person I spoke to. No one point of contact to assist with questions. Template guys and installers were rude and unprofessional. Left a huge mess for me to clean. Told me I was supposed to have a supporting beam for them to install? That's my job how?? Called to report I was unhappy with the install because the edges of the backsplash look unfinished. After speaking to FOUR different people, I finally got an email address to send pictures to. I had a terrible experience at this place. The salesman Eric, was not only a liar and took back his word, but proceeded to be cold. I went back there a second time (even after the fact that he lied). The second time I went, he told me to go into the warehouse by myself and said he would meet me there. When he got there he stayed about 10 feet away as if he was angry with me. I don't understand how a salesman could treat a costumer that way. About an hour after I left, a lady called saying she is confirming my template time, when I never committed to anything of any sort. Go elsewhere, they are disrespectful, dishonest and rude! I picked out a slab for my kitchen countertops and put down a $600 deposit to hold 2 slabs from a particular lot. They came to the house to do the template and we scheduled the installation. Installation day came and they send my contractor a picture of an uncut slab and said we need to come there to approve it. It was totally wrong, they sold the entire lot of the slabs I left a deposit for and proceeded to tell me they don't hold slabs for people. What is the deposit for??? How were they gong to install on "installation day" if they didn't even have a slab to cut? Now they tell me they will have slabs from the lot I picked delivered in two days, which is Friday and that they will be there at 11 am and to come back to pick one and then they will cut it and deliver it first thing Monday morning. At 11am my contractor calls to make sure the slabs are there and is told they will be there at 2:30, at 2:30 we are told they will be there at 3:30, at 3:30 they tell me to be there at 4:15 because they will be there by 4:30. So now I have to go to Clifton (30 minutes from my home around rush hour). The slabs arrive after 4:30 and have to be taken off the truck. Now they are rushing me to chose one because they close at 5 and want to go home. I ask them what time will they be at my house to install on Monday morning and they tell me someone will call me in the morning (because they are rushing to go home). Of course no one calls and I have to call them and they tell me they can't install until Tuesday. I argue with them and they say they can do it Monday afternoon, now I've already told them I work on Monday afternoons so I have to go with Tuesday morning. Then they have the audacity to tell me I have to go to the bank and have a cashiers check or cash to pay the balance before they do the installation. I've already paid them 75% of everything and they don't trust me??? They have told me that if I don't give them the cash or cashiers check prior to installation they will just leave and will not refund me my money because they already started to cut. I have had electricians and other workers lined up to do work after my countertops are installed so they are holding my job up and messing with other people's livelihoods. I suggest you spend a little more and go to a reputable business and work with professionals. read more

I just had a very large job of quartzite installed the other day inclusive of 2 kitchens and multiple bathrooms. Here is the scoop. We looked at many granite yards and priced out many companies in the area. We found their prices to be the best by far, with some quartzite in their warehouse priced at $40 less a square foot than elsewhere. They are well priced and have a nice selection. We went back to them to look at their indoor slab-yard 5 times. When we finally went to make choices and schedule an appointment for templates, we found an amazing deal on a last slab which had blemishes. It was a tier 6 slab at a tier 1 price ($30). The saleswoman was very quick to make sure that we saw all of the blemishes, and made sure that we were cool with it, knowing that it could potentially be very noticeable. We made our choices that day, and since it was the last slab, we wanted to make sure that we would get it, and get it at that price. We decided to put a slab deposit down. Slab deposits are $300. To be noted, this place ONLY takes cash or certified checks. They took a personal check for our slab deposit, but to be noted, I believe you need to pay 100% up front if using a personal check, and they will not start working until your check clears. When we gave them our slab deposit, the woman in the finance department took our check, but no one wrote our job number down on the slab, which they should have done, and we should have insisted. When we went to figure out the rest of our order, since we had been back and forth so many times, we had sheets where they had written the slab name and price. Some of the price quotes were different, even though it was for the same slab. We made sure we got the lower price. We made an appointment for templates to be made. The time table they gave for templates and install was bogus. The appointment was for 10AM, they called the day before and said they were coming at 8AM. After templates were done, we owed them 75% of the cost, which they calculate when they're done working. Remember, you need to pay in cash, and they're figuring out how much you owe after they've finished making the templates (all done with lasers)- think: need lots more cash on hand than expected. In addition, if you have a large job, or an island, they may need a 4th man. 2 men are standard, the 3rd is free, the 4th (or more) incur a $150 charge. They also let us know upfront since we were a bit far that it would be an extra travel expense. The "manpower" charge was a surprise. When I went in to talk with them and asked about the charge, they waived it, which was very nice of them. We had been told that it would be 5-7 business days after the templates. It took close to 3 weeks and multiple phone calls. Each of those phone calls was about 15-20 minutes, mostly on hold, as they tried to figure out what was going on. I finally called and told them that we were waiting on this job for 3 weeks and were displaced (since we didn't have a kitchen or any bathroom) and needed this taken care of. They said it was being fabricated, and since it was a big job would take another day to finish. They then called back to clarify which sink went where, and couldn't find my kitchen sink. They forgot bringing 2 bathroom sinks when they showed up for the install. Overall, the install was terrific, except they scratched a couple of the counters (they put in 8 sections), they also cut the cut out for the cooktop a 1/8" too small. I didn't realize until after they left, they never checked themselves. They returned the next day to fix everything, and it is all functioning and looking fantastic. Make sure to everything fits and is perfect before signing off that it was installed well (they have a no claims clause in the contract). Minor note, they forgot to bring receipts, and since they only accept cash or cashiers check, this can be problem. All in all, I do recommend them. Be aware that you have to be on your game because they are not on theirs. The granite is great, just double check on their work before you sign off. read more

The template was done incorrectly, we spent almost two weeks trying to resolve incorrect measurements, until finally we just accepted paying for more square footage than we actually received just to move the process along. They incorrectly cut our two pieces and we had to follow up multiple times with installation for them to reschedule. They didn't come on the date we had agreed to for the rescheduled installation because they were still fabricating, despite assuring us that it would be ready. Then, when they came to reinstall, one of the pieces had the incorrect shape sink hole and the second piece was the incorrect stone. They literally screwed up at every single opportunity. I would never recommend this company and I wish I could turn back time and use someone else. Complete disaster and despite the multiple screwups, they were slow, didn't care about our satisfaction, and argued with us/ provided us with no recourse. read more

If I could give less than one star that would be more fitting. I got a phone call very late in the day confirming an appointment for tomorrow early morning to install granite for a Reno project in Clifton. The balance on this job is $300 and a little late for me to run to the bank to get a money order. I explain that this is the 10th job they have done for my employer and requested that they accept a business check. Four return phone calls later, they still can't find my account in the system and I try to explain to the ignorant employee/owner "Martin" but he's just your typical, can't be bothered with anything, I don't care about the $15,000+ in work you have given to my company, kinda guy. Way too many other options to chose from in this industry. Wouldn't call these people again if my life depended on it. read more

I will start off by saying that I'm a repeat customer and I love this place. They have excellent service and go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect and that you are happy. The quality of their granite and Quartz products are very nice and the finish work is excellent. Just so you know, I am very picky...a perfectionist even...so when I recommend something people are usually very happy with the quality of work. Quality and service to me is very important so I will pay a premium at times to ensure that's what I'm getting. Besides having quality and service as pros with them, their prices are also very competitive. The first time I used them was back in 2014 when I had 3 bathroom remodels done with granite counters and was very happy with the outcome. Friends and family would come by and fall in love with my counters, as a result I sent them 3 referrals of friends and family who were all very happy with the quality and price. This time I'm back for counters on a home bar and theater. I shopped around a bit and decided to go back here even though they are much farther than many new Kitchen & Bath places that have popped up in my area over the last fours years, but yet again their prices were still very good and I'm already familiar with the high quality that I'm getting, so I stick to what I know. I've worked with Yoselin who is very sweet, and Mirek who really knows his craft is is very detailed oriented. That being said, these are my go to counter guys for sure! Don't listen to those negative reviews, as far as I'm concerned, those are probably fake reviews from rival companies. You won't be disappointed if you decide to go with them, I promise! read more

I purchased a kitchen granite top about 2 years back. I also purchased the under the counter stainless steel sink they recommended (pushed). My initial experience was a hat they were about 1 1/2 weeks late in the promised delivery date. I always needed to make the call for a status. HERE IS THE PROBLEM. 1) The sink was NOT mounted with the correct mounting brackets and has now dropped. 2) I phoned twice and was forward to voice mail and never received a call back 3) Now no-one will touch it because it was not done right at time of fabrication (though they had it long enough) 4) The sink they sold us has started to rust. I can find a sink with the same dimension and therefore I am stuck with a rusting sink 5) after about 10 calls to contractors and plumbers (5 of which came to the house) I had the sink re-installed for $200 with NO guarantee. It was installed with plastic braces. The others contractors did not want the job because it did not have the correct mounting brackets and they could not guarantee their work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They sold us quartzite that is laden with calcite. When there is more calcite in a stone it etches. It started etching at every little drop of water or food. We tip toe around the countertops and continue to have markings show up. We sealed it with the best product on the market. This company purchases the cheapest stone with the pooredt quality. They actually hung up on us and blocked our phone numbers when we called to complain. It is the worst customer service situation I have ever experienced. read more

I would have loved to give this company 5 stars. Unfortunately I cannot do that. Although their prices were fair & installation occurred quickly after the initial templating, there customer service is appalling. I will begin at the start of installation day. At the moment the team arrived at my house, before knocking on the door, a crew of nearly 15 men came charging through my front door with an enormous contertop in their hands. They did not give me the opportunity to protect my newly installed hardwood floor, or any adjacent surfaces. Before I knew it, they were in my house and yelling directions to each other. I was unable to clean the top of my cabinets because before I knew it, the countertop was being placed there. The crew failed to notice that there were outlets installed on the wall the top was being installed on and ripped out 6 newly installed outlets and 1 GFCI (~$30 value in and of itself). One outlet happened to hold them up and stop the countertop from lowering any further. At this time, rather than removing the countertop to identify the problem, they forcibly pushed the outlet into its box and simply dropped the countertop into place. This did extensive damage to a custom wallpaper I had installed. It scratched the wallpaper AND an employee actually cut the wallpaper around the trouble outlet! I have a background in carpentry and understand that accidents happen, and more often than not can be avoided if the proper care is taken, like a piece of tape on the backside of the countertop to avoid scratching. None of these precautions were taken, which leads to this review. I can commend the fabrication team as the countertop fit exactly as it is supposed to, but the installation team is sloppy, left scratches in my floor from where they needed to cut the countertop inside my kitchen (for cooktop) and did not vacuum debris, which stuck to shoes and was carried throughout my house scratching my floor everywhere. The office team had sent out an employee nearly 2 weeks after installation to take photos of my wallpaper in an attempt to find a replacement. It has been 2 weeks since that home visit and I have heard nothing since. I have supplied them with an estimate of damages from a reputable source but they have had no response other than (take it up with our insurance company). I will. I will also take it up with the better business bureau, small claims court, yelp and every other source of reviewing I possibly can. Copy and pasting this review. I can happily refer any of their other dissatisfied customers to the lawyer I will be contracting. read more

My granite kitchen countertops were installed a few days ago, and I am more than thrilled with the job that Granite Kitchen and Bath LLC did on this!! The whole process was painless - we went to the shop several times as we were shopping around, and found their selection very large and their prices to be the best. We chose a granite, and got an estimate based on our rough estimate of the number of square feet needed. We made an appointment to have the job measured, and the final price was very close to what was originally quoted. (We were off by a few square feet.) A week later, the granite was installed, and we were impressed by the professionalism of the crew and the pride they took in their work. I have installed granite before at another house, and have to say that the job by Granite Kitchen and Bath was perfect for a better price. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors. read more

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!! 200% unprofessional 1- Spoke to "Mike" he gave me a price based on the stone I wanted and the Sq foot of $2,000.00 2- We went to their yard to pick out our slab and sign the paper work "Martin" at the time of signing ask for $2,200.00, he made some excuse about waste produced from cutting the slab, we said ok, gave him a cash deposit of $1,650.00, gave me a shady receipt without too much details. 3- "Robert" calls the next morning stating they can't do my job that the other 2 guys don't know what they are doing and quoted me $2,800.00 for $600 more!!!! 4- I told him no thanks and went to pick up my refund. 5- Upon signing for my refund, I told the girl at the desk at they wasted our time, instead of saying sorry, she tells me it was a waste of time for them!!! WE WASTED 3 Hours with this company, I saw another bad review but I figured "lets give them a chance" BAD IDEA. I have my Granite installed by these people and it was a terrible experience. Get ready to accommodate their crazy schedules and delays. They do not inspect their work to well and the manager, I think his name is Mark, is a complete jerk. I would have rather paid the extra $3 dollars/ sqft at the other 20 granite places in Clifton for better service and quality. Worst customer service!!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Though they give countertops for cheap it's not worth all the stress and frustration you go through due to all the miscommunication from their end. This place is horrible don't waste your time. Promised us a free sink because we purchased 2 and then made us pay for both, broke one of the pipes on a sink upon installation because it wasn't convenient for the delivery people to carry it up the stairs. The disassembled it and left it like that for my plumber to fix. Thanks! Now I have a broken sink and the sales people are saying that they didn't break it. I paid a deposit of $180 and then they charged me double and I had to physically go there to get my deposit back or they would have kept the $360. I asked for an insurance certificate since I'm a general contractor and need it for auditing purposes and they ignored my request. They are probably operating with no insurance because everyone that works there is illegal I'm sure. These people are slimy and go back on their contracts and try to constantly pull a fast one on you. Never working with these people again! Worst of the worst. You lost a lot of clients. My word travels fast. Social media is great! There are plenty of other places with 5 stars where I can get my materials. Lesson learned! Stay away people! read more

delivered dusty, then sealed with oil based sealer, this is very good. now you need to sign off on product DO NOT sign or pay the cash balance. YOU need to see the stone DRY to see the scratches and nicks! tell them to come back for final payment after you have time to check for scratches. best not to use this company, not worth the discount. read more

I have used Granite Kitchen and Bath on several projects. I have also used a larger granite supplier in Ridgefield Park, so I have a good comparison. I found Granite Kitchen and Bath's prices more reasonable and they typically deliver when they promise. The price may vary based on quote but this is primarily due to the measurement submitted may be off from the actual template. The Ridgefield Park supplier's prices varied much more than Granite Kitchen and Bath. I have now used Granite Kitchen and Bath for four projects. read more

I had a four week family room/bar area turn into a 3 month project leaving me with no place to have Christmas day with extended family and friends if unfinished. Granite Kitchen and Bath came and installed their granite ON CHRISTMAS EVE! They were not scheduled to install on that day, but they did it for me so that I could have my room usable. When I thanked them, all they asked was for a favorable review...so here it is! The piece looks great, the price was fair and they were very patient with me and my situation.I was so happy to have family and friends able to see and use my beautiful new room! read more

Horrible Business. We ordered granite from these people and it has been an absolute nightmare. We were given a quote and then when we placed the order they charged us 20% more and told us the quote was only an estimate. Then then showed up an hour and a half late to install the granite without so much as a phone call alerting us to the delay. When they arrived, the granite was chipped and cracked so we refused the delivery. They came back again a few days later (was old they were coming between 9 and 11 and they showed up at 5:30) to install the granite and had the SAME chipped cracked/pieces we refused the first time. We refused the delivery again and received a phone call saying they were refunding our money and did not want our business. CLEARLY they are not hurting in a poor economy so do yourself a favor and visit one of the many other granite places that will be happy to serve you. STAY AWAY! read more

Horrible, horrible experience! EXTREMELY unprofessional. Their prices are lower but not worth the headache at all. I had to repeatedly follow up with them to set up install. We went to their location to pick out our granite and to discuss the layout to avoid any imperfections on the stone. The first attempt to install they showed up two hours late. They had the wrong sink and the granite had a purple discoloration on it so we refused it. The second time they showed up late again and brought the countertop in three separate pieces. They claimed they would join the pieces together and blend the seams. The job came out terrible! When I called the office to try to discuss the poor install and a solution their answer was to remove the counter and to take me to court for refusing to pay the final balance and then hung up on me. I ended up having to call the police to escort the installers out of my house. STAY AWAY DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE! read more
