He says there was an altercation, I am unsure of who really started it, but he ended up texting me that he's "lucky I didn't take my fucking Maglite to his fucking head". I was unsure whether my son was witness to this, he blocked me within 20 minutes so I had to call the police to do a wellness check. This caused more stress for me during this entire process. Either way, would not recommend Mr. Mundy's services.

I had just spoke with SCC before calling Excalibur and it was not received. The phone message says we will call back in 30 minutes. I left 4 messages and did not receive a return call. I did not receive a receipt for my payment and when I requested one there were three e-mails requesting credit card information and I never did receive the receipt. Excalibur Attorney Service was as frustrating as trying to collect from my debtor.
