When I arrived I was looking for it in the little strip next to the Walmart. No. It was inside the Walmart!! The clinic is way too small and crowded. I think the Walmart restrooms might be bigger than the clinic itself. Definitely feels like an incubator for sicknesses. That's just how I felt. It's like a pack of sardines. Now let's get to the customer service. The tech that called me back was super kind and very friendly. I saw a lot of bad reviews about the customer service. I have no complaints there. The clinic could use a little cleaning up. Also, the wait was terrible. I checked in at 11am and didn't get seen until 12:45pm. Good thing they have a check in system where you could go home or run errands while you wait. I've never had to wait that long for labs. I'd never choose that location again honestly. I don't want to go inside a Walmart of all places for any type of lab work let alone get there to find the clinic waiting area is the size a small restroom. I'd drive across town for a bigger clinic. Again, great tech with good quality customer service. Location is just the deal breaker. The stars are for the tech.

When…read moreI asked about this, the staff told me proudly that their supervisor is the one that instructed them to close early every day even if patients are outside, wanting to get in. I arrived at about 4:40 PM and felt completely rushed by the staff. When the first draw was unsuccessful, the staff told me I might just have to come back another day since I couldn't get any blood to draw. On top of all of that, I have to take off work tomorrow to go into the lab because my lab work was never forwarded to my doctor. I've tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phone.

The worker even got things straightened out so I could use the other location closer to my house. What an advocate! It's hard to have a chronic illness plus issues with labs. This person made life just a little easier.
