Terrible workmanship. I brought my car here for a windshield replacement, and when I had the glass removed later, I discovered severe rusting along the pinchweld directly under their old installation. It is obvious the technicians used a cutting tool that went through the paint and metal, and they completely failed to apply primer or touch-up paint to the bare metal scratches before applying the urethane. Because they skipped this critical step, water leaked through, and rust has now eaten through areas that should have been treated. I highly do not recommend this shop if you care about the structural integrity and longevity of your vehicle. read more

I have terrible windshield karma. I've replaced 4 windshields over the last couple of years, and A&J is my absolute go-to. However, I always call the famous nationwide "repair/replace" retailer to get a comparison quote because it's great comedy relief, every time. The last time I worked with A&J, I got my complicated, special order windshield replaced in one day for literally 1/3 of the cost of what I was quoted by the place that comes to you. (Gas is expensive, but c'mon.) And they're fantastic to work with. Good communication and customer service overall. read more

I trust these guys to do quality work and get the job done when they say it will be. I believe it's two brothers that run the business- they both seem like old school, hardworking, honest guys. I've had several windshields replaced there, and they explained to me the difference in quality of glass and materials that they use, and I like that both of the brothers (who have been doing this for years), are the ones that do the work. It instills confidence knowing someone with so much experience is doing it. Today, I had my wife's car trying to get some things fixed up for her. One was an issue with the rain sensing wipers from a Safelite install. Because of a busy schedule, we regrettably tried a mobile service, and were left with a few issues. I stopped by Ace and Jerry's to see if they could fix the situation and make an appointment. Val was the one that helped me out, and he got my car right in, fixed the problem in 5 minutes, and refused to take payment for the work, even when I insisted. I've only had good experiences with these guys. I won't try a mobile service again, and instead stick with what I know works best. My husband and I chose this location for our U-Haul truck and auto transport drop off location. The owner here was extremely kind, helpful and quick to serve us. I also had to take my car off the auto transport and leave it here while I unloaded the truck, and then come back to return the truck. He was very kind to stay open longer to ensure we could get it all returned and done asap. I received my receipt via email immediately after we left. They'll also make sure you receive your deposit back in full by letting you know to sweep out any debris in the truck and fold the blanks (if you reserved any) prior to leaving. It's a small thing, but the small things count in my book. I will need to reserve a 15' foot truck next week and will be calling here first! read more

These guys only care about getting you in and out quickly and taking your money. They do shoddy work. Took my 4Runner in to get the windshield replaced, and they didn't put enough adhesive on it. You can still hear how the windshield moves on speed bumps. Took it back once and they "fixed" it within 10 Mins. Still no good. They couldn't even put the trim back in its place where it was before they touched it. Horrible work; take your business elsewhere. Ace & Jerry's ripped me off. I brought my vehicle in to have the back window replaced but when I returned the back panel that covered the wiring to the back lights and window wiper was missing. They claim that it was missing when I brought the vehicle in. I have two witnesses that will attest it was there the night before but they have two witnesses that claim it was missing when I brought it in early the next day. This is a very expensive part and I am a senior living on a fixed income. They say they are very sorry for me. I can tell you that their pity is no comfort at all. I cannot recommend Ace & Jerry's to anyone. I cannot give anything but a minus rating to them. I wish I could warn everyone to stay away but YELP requires a rating or they will not post my review. read more

These guys made my first experience in auto glass repair a great one - I called around noon one day to ask about a rear windshield replacement for my 2002 Acura MDX. Val had the right windshield for my SUV by the time I arrived that afternoon.
