So I decided to try Schmidt Ford, even though I'd be forgoing the free oil changes. I'm really glad I switched. I've had my truck there three times for service and each time I come away thinking about how easy they are to deal with. They always take the time to explain things to me and fully answe my questions, even when they are unrelated to my service. Each time my truck has been ready in less time than they estimated.
