I had a skunk infestation in the crawlspace of our addition in February 2025. After trapping and…read moreremoving the skunks, they recommended I get the wire mesh around the crawlspace to prevent reentry. Well, the mesh wasn't put on correctly, It ran short of the full perimeter of the addition, and it wasn't properly secured at the top, under the vinyl siding in several places. I notified Fur and Feathers on multiple occasions. Initially, I was told they'd be out to fix it last June. They never showed up. I contacted them twice more last July (2025) as an animal (or animals) had broken a seam in the mesh and pulled it open. Again, no response. In February this year, I emailed them again, letting them know that the work wasn't done correctly and animals were pulling it apart where the it wasn't secured under the siding. Again, my emails were ignored. This morning I went out and there's a hole punched through in the foundation of my house at the very point about which I'd been telling them for 11 months. Now, not only does the mesh need to be repaired, but the foundation of the house. I cannot recommend this business, and would advise people not to use their services. In total, between animal removal and the meshing, I paid $1,200, and the problem has not been resolved -- on top of which I now have a gaping hole in the side of my foundation due to animal entry.

A major reason she hired him was because he represented that his work included a 3-year warranty. In June 2026, bats returned to the attic while the warranty was still in effect. Since then, we have repeatedly contacted Jason by phone and text requesting warranty service. When he does respond, he schedules an appointment but then doesn't show up. There have been multiple no-call, no-show appointments, followed by various excuses such as having to go to the ER or saying he is only one person. Despite repeated attempts over several weeks, the warranty has not been honored and the bat problem remains unresolved. At this point, we have lost confidence in this company and are seeking other options to resolve the problem. If you're considering hiring this business, our experience has been that the warranty was not honored and communication has been extremely poor. We paid $3,000 for bat exclusion services and expected the promised 3-year warranty to be honored. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
