Each…read moretime, it took weeks after the treatment until I didn't see any more carpenter bees flying around. They informed me it takes a couple of weeks for the pesticide to kill them all. I came to learn the bees were still alive and, in their life cycle, would go dormant, burrowed in the wood until the next Spring. The last year I used this company, I had the knowledge and called them back and told them there were bees were still flying around my eves and they obviously needed more treatment. They ignored my calls and wouldn't return my voicemails. I was working during one of the treatments and my neighbor reported there were two teenagers (or so they looked), and they were screaming about the carpenter bees coming towards them. Carpenter bees don't sting. A real exterminator wouldn't flinch. You can't expect good exterminator services from unexperienced workers who are scared of carpenter bees, for God's sake. This company doesn't know what they are doing, they have unskilled workers, they don't stand behind their work. I use Erlich now and am very pleased. If there are any bees still alive after treatment, I call and they come back and treat again. The caliber of the work is sooo much better. Terrible exterminator service. Anyone else is a better alternative. Run, don't walk .... away from this company!

My Procor representative Gregg is awesome. He is punctual, professional, respectful off my home, knowledgeable, and kind. I found a mice in my home 12/7/21, and left a message on the answering machine, which Molly returned the call first thing this morning, and had Gregg on the job. Gregg was punctual as usual, pleasant, and got to work, searching my home for open holes where mice could come in. Gregg explained step by step each procedure that was being done to correct this mice problem. Gregg showed empathy and concern with my issue, and assured me that he would do his best to cover holes, and place baits inside and out where the possible exposure occurred. Gregg was awesome. By the time Gregg left my home, I was calmer and was more aware of what I needed to do to combat this mice problem. We used ehrlich insect spray for a number of years at lake harmony pa and it went smoothly. However…read morein 2023, the prices have gone way up ($750 for 3 sprays in the home), and customer service has gone way down. We called ehrlich since august to modify our plan, and it seems there are phone agents to take our requests and generate "tickets" that have to go to the "district manager" to make the reduction of service. Three calls to ehrlich in august and October produced no communication back to effect these changes from the district manager. We continued to be billed hundreds of dollars for services that we asked to be discontinued in august and then had to ask to dispute these costs. There is a total disconnect between agents who take customer calls at ehrlich and generate tickets, and follow up and communication from second sept at ehrlich district managers to enact/ agree with changes. Left hand does not work with right hand at ehrlich and customers are stuck without service. I do not recommend this company given poor customer service and response service.
