The equipment was more heavy duty than I expected. The service went quickly, very efficient. My 10 year old furniture set looks so much better now and smells amazing. I will never do it by hand again. Thank you Clean Touch!

He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I enjoyed working with him. The day of my appointment, David called to let me know he was on his way. David got to my home on time, and was ready to go. I was slightly delayed (trying to vacuum my Living room carpet). He was very helpful, turned on his vacuum cleaner and helped me to finish what was not his job. David was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and went through the steps in detail for me. He was efficient, and we engaged in a great conversation! Jimmy helped with putting all the ingredients to the cake and mixing them. David sealed the deal by baking the cake, icing the cake, and putting the Cherry on top of the cake!! BOTTOM LINE IS THEY NOW HAVE A LIFETIME CUSTOMER!! You CANNOT go wrong by hiring clean touch carpet to service your household carpet/floor needs!!! HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Thank you guys for servicing me with respect, knowledge, kindness, and results!! God bless you!

Very disappointed with my experience with AmeriClean Carpet & Tile Restoration. The person who came…read moreinto our home was extremely aggressive and unprofessional from the start. Instead of explaining the process or answering our questions, he acted like we were supposed to already know what needed to be done. We are not carpet professionals, which is exactly why we contacted a company that is supposed to have the knowledge and experience to guide customers through the process. There was no reason for the attitude or the way we were spoken to inside our own home. On top of that, it felt like he was trying to intimidate us, and he definitely tried intimidating the wrong person. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when you're in someone else's home. Customer service and professionalism go a long way. Unfortunately, our experience had neither. Based on how we were treated, I would not recommend this business. Edit: Spencer, since you chose to respond, I'll address each point you made one by one. 1. "You were nasty with me before we made it to the top of the stairs." I disagree. Asking you questions and questioning what you were telling me does not mean I was being "nasty." You came to my home as the professional providing a service. I'm allowed to ask questions about the service I'm paying for, just as you're allowed to ask questions about the condition of the home. 2. "You said I was asking too many questions." Yes, I said you were asking a lot of questions because it felt like the conversation was becoming unnecessarily difficult instead of focusing on the job that was scheduled. That does not justify the attitude or tone that followed. 3. "Every room had half broken-down furniture and clothes throughout." We were actively moving out of the home. Of course there were moving items, furniture, and belongings present. That was never hidden from you. However, describing the home this way makes it sound like the entire house was inaccessible, which was not the case. If you believed certain areas needed to be cleared before you could perform the service, that could have been explained professionally and respectfully. 4. "Your floors were not ready to be cleaned." If you believed the floors were not ready, all you had to do was clearly explain what specifically needed to be moved and what areas you could or could not clean. We are not carpet-cleaning professionals, which is exactly why we hired one. We should not be expected to automatically know your company's preparation requirements unless they were clearly communicated beforehand. 5. "You got mad at me for asking so many questions." The issue was not simply that you were asking questions. The issue was the way the interaction was handled and the attitude that came along with it. There is a difference between asking necessary questions and speaking to a customer in a way that comes across as confrontational or condescending. 6. "I'm the one who said there was too much tension and removed myself." You did leave, and I have no issue with someone deciding they no longer want to perform a job. My issue is with how the interaction was handled before you left. Walking away from the situation afterward does not automatically mean your behavior leading up to that point was professional. 7. "I immediately messaged your wife and apologized." I'm glad you apologized to my wife afterward, but an apology after the fact does not erase the experience that happened inside our home. Offering to return the next morning also does not change how the original interaction was handled. 8. "You were the aggressive one." I completely disagree with that characterization. I responded to the way you were speaking to me in my own home. You may have interpreted me becoming firm as aggression, but from my perspective, I was responding to an interaction that had already become unnecessarily confrontational. 9. "I'm not a big guy and have no business intimidating you." Intimidation has nothing to do with someone's physical size. Someone can behave aggressively, speak aggressively, or attempt to intimidate another person regardless of how big or small they are. Bringing up physical size does not address the actual concern about behavior. 10. "You are the much bigger gym goer in the muscle shirt." My appearance, size, the fact that I go to the gym, or what shirt I happened to be wearing has absolutely nothing to do with whether your conduct was professional. That comment actually reinforces my concern because instead of simply addressing the customer-service issue, you're making assumptions based on my appearance. At the end of the day, this was very simple. We scheduled and were prepared to pay for a professional service. If the home needed additional preparation before you could perform that service, you could have calmly explained exactly what needed to be done. Instead, the interaction became confrontational enough that you decided to leave.

First time I used them they didn't come at their scheduled time. I took off work for nothing, had…read moreto call them for them to tell me it would be at a later time and they would call me. They came. the guy apologized. was nice. It wasn't really expensive, 150 for 3bd/living room. Carpet wasn't even bad we just needed receipt saying it got done. 6 months later when it was time for a move out carpet clean. I called. Made the appointment, confirmed # & address. then the lady texted me the day of saying instead of 10am were coming at 4pm, I responded saying it was ok. Luckily I didn't have solid plans but turn around and they didn't even come at 4 I called at 445. Nobody answered. I texted nobody responded. So I'm trying to call somebody else cause carpet still needed to be done & she calls me back around 5 I don't answer and I tell my husband to call & talk to them because yal know I'm killeen everything stops at 5pm.. so she tells my husband we told the tech we were in TN & when they showed up we sent her tech packing. Clearly they had wrong address & number some kind of way even though she was texting me. They aren't professional & I wouldn't recommend. A lot of time wasted because of these ppl. Had to reschedule move out inspection and everything.

I wouldn't recommend this company to any one who actually wants clean carpets. When I called to…read moreschedule Dean was very friendly and got a technician to come out the same day to clean my carpets. Noel came and was very friendly and on time. However, he made the comment that he couldn't really get the carpets clean, and that proved to be the case. He was in and out of there very quickly- less than an hour of cleaning, and he was done. We've had carpets cleaned yearly in a home 600 sq feet smaller than this one, and they took around 2-3 hours to do those carpets, and they came out perfect every time. This job was so poorly performed that you couldn't even tell they had been cleaned. They had told me they also clean baseboards and window sills as part of their steam cleaning process- well these pictures will show that they absolutely didn't clean any of those during their cleaning. I was renting and had to go back and re-clean the carpets myself (which took me 4 hours) because I couldn't get our deposit back due to the poor work this company did. We had pet frogs and the corner where their terrarium was had about 6 dead crickets left on the floor AFTER chem dry finished cleaning these carpets. When I called to request a refund, Dean was again very nice to me, and listened to my concerns, and then later I was called by the rudest lady I've ever spoken to on the phone, who claimed to be the owner of chem-Dry. I didn't catch her name, due to the volume and tone of which she was speaking to me. The first sentence out of her mouth, after confirming who I was, was to say "what kind of game are you playing here." I explained my confusion- then she said the carpets were cleaned and I was basically lying. She also told me to stop talking and listen to her before I ever had a chance to say anything to her at all about my situation. She threatened me to NOT post my review because "you need to be very careful what you say about my company- we've been doing this for 32 years!"First off, you shouldn't have to threaten customers to NOT post a review. She then called my property management company to yell at them and say "Who are you to tell me when carpets are clean or not!" This owner completely lacks any class or professionalism you'd expect when dealing with a business. Before requesting a refund, which I was denied, I had requested they come redo the heavy traffic patterns in the carpet, but they refused. Horrible service, Horrible company, and I can't believe they are in business! I have picture proof that my Bissell ProHeat cleaned FAR superior to Chem Dry! If I could figure out how to post the pictures on here I would! Like I said I wouldn't and won't recommend them to anyone. They use to be preferred by the property management that we go through, but within the past year, they have decided this company does HORRIBLE work and no longer recommends them to ANYONE! That's making a statement. The property management apologized to me that I received old paperwork that had recommended them because they definitely do NOT recommend them.
