I've been using Peace Frog Rug Cleaning for multiple years. I regularly get their quarterly plan to clean three rooms. I appreciate the flexibility. This plan gives me to clean the different spaces in my home if there are some stains or areas of concern, it's very easy to do a reasonably priced add-on to address those concerns every technician who has come to my home has been polite nice to my dogs and respectful of my property. I can't recommend them enough for both the quality and consistency of their work. read more

They came and picked up our heavy area rug for cleaning, on time, and cheerfully- even though we had forgotten they were coming and were late to the appointment. The rug was returned when they said it would be, and they helped us place the table back on it. We thought the cost was reasonable and they were able to get out most of the coffee we spilled on it. Setting up the service was incredibly easy and they were able to fit me in the schedule very quickly. For what they ended up cleaning, they did a good job. However, my primary reason for having someone out was to clean a rug. They were not able to clean the rug (I totally understand why once he explained it), and suggested I could send it to another facility, but that I would be better off throwing it away. I have senior pets and accidents happen. I sarcastically said "I guess I'll just wait for all my pets to pass away to get new stuff" and the tech said "there ya go!" My next project was to have the rest of my carpet cleaned, but I will be shopping for new flooring instead. Pricing was excellent and stayed consistent with the quote. What was cleaned was cleaned well, but I am far from my goal. read more

My tenant hosted Ryan at our rental property today, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service. "Carpet looks great and it smells a million times better!" is what they said (which reflects really well on me as a landlord.) What made this experience six stars (if Yelp had a sixth star to share) is that Ryan noticed house cleaners come through the house, and they proactively downgraded the service that I needed from "Premium" to "Empty Room" saving me ~$20 per room. In all my years of property managing, I never had a service provider downsell me from what I purchased - which speaks highly to the integrity in which this company operates. Our second time with Peace Frog and the experience was as smooth as the first. We scheduled them on a day when the temperature got near 80 so we could open the house up and turn the ceiling fans on to speed the drying of the carpets. Our daughter and son-in-law owned a flooring business and insist that PF's hot water injection cleaning is the only way to really deep clean a carpet. They scheduled us for a time convenient to us. Justin called ahead to let us know he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was very friendly and efficient and cleaned the three carpets and a walk-in closet in an hour and a half. A feature of PF that we appreciate is that they communicate every step of the way so there are no surprises. We are very happy with the work and the price. I have utilized Peace Frog for both a service at my former employer and my personal home. I will continue to come back because 1) the pricing is super transparent; 2) the jobs are well done; and 3) the staff is super courteous and treats your home like their own. Today, Reece came to my home to steam a sofa and our tile floors. He set up padding on the doors to keep some of the heat out, walked me through what he would do, and made sure to read all the tags on my furniture to confirm what process would work best. Reece was awesome and his kindness and customer service goes a long way when I'm picking a vendor to be in my home. Tabitha quickly responded to my inquiries about getting work done on several pieces of furniture. She came to the house and did some initial repairs on the trimwork on a large antique cabinet. Her pricing for the work was reasonable and the quality is excellent. Additionally, I delivered to her a round wooden breakfast table that needed to be stripped and restained and an old bed frame that had a broken spindle between the posts. She completed the work according to the estimated schedule and the quality was excellent. I was very pleased with the work she did for us and will contact her again when other projects come up. She was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone needing furniture refinishing work or furniture repairs.
