I cannot say enough good things about Tina, Anna and Dylan or the spectacular job they did on our art studio. With little fanfare, they gave us precisely what we asked for in terms of design and material options. In this day and age it is so incredibly rare to find absolutely nothing wrong with a job or the timeliness of the work. They're incredibly respectful of property and left it looking better than when they came. Please see our photos. We asked for various blacks and greys mixed with white, so as to resemble Marble. We've had clients ask us if the floor is real Marble. Just can't tell you how happy we are, so please enjoy the photos. We'll be back!

Unprofessional & Incomplete Work -- Not Recommended…read more We hired this company for a 3-day countertop resurfacing project at our rental property. Despite multiple extensions, the job was never completed. Delays were entirely due to poor time management--not outside factors. The work was subpar: sharp, lifting edges, incorrect materials, and damage to both counters and cabinets. When we raised concerns, the company denied and minimized the issues while still demanding full payment. A licensed professional confirmed the work compromised the structural integrity, forcing us to hire a new contractor to redo everything. Communication was poor, deadlines were missed, and excuses replaced accountability. This is now a legal matter. We've requested a full refund and cannot recommend this company. Use extreme caution. Photos below show their "finished" work.

Recently I noticed a few small areas on the garage thresholds where the coating had pulled loose from the extreme heat and garage door sticking to the concrete. I reached out to Joel Allspaugh and sent him some pics of the problem areas. He had their service manager, Tin come out and with his helper Joseph they repaired the places to look like new! It's nice to know that there are contractors like All Innovative Concrete that stand by their work even after 4 years!

This is an updated review based on the owners response, since you cannot edit your original…read more.. RYFKM? Since when was the issue of the quality of your service pertaining to the before and after? Rhetorical question - it's not. If you read what I wrote and of others who are reading care to look at the picture I posted of what you said you were going to do VS what you actually did, anyone could plainly see that you were absolutely not even in the same realm of finished product... which you lead me to believe is what you'd do, for 5k... Now, considering the job was so poorly done with not even the slightest consideration given to doing a patch and asking me if that's what I wanted since it was so different, I can only infer that your company is too busy trying to rush a job and get paid rather than apply critical thinking. Don't try to cloud the issue by showing the poorly done stain that another company did before I hired you... Yes, believe it or not (anyone who's reading) this happened before this particular company came in and ruined my floor. I asked for a certain style, the contractor said they could do it, and it came out horribly done and not even close to what was agreed upon as the finished product I was paying for. How could this happen to me twice in a row? Very bad luck in choosing a floor specialist apparently. You can show whatever before and after you want, but the important one is what YOUR company gave me as the example work, and then the completely different floor you did, and on top of it all you had the nerve to charge me saying you could fix it and didn't, and now you have the nerve to try and defend yourself by moving the goal posts by posting a picture that's unrelated to my issue. I'm not a litigious person but I'm telling you now I've got a mind to go to small claims with this, the more I think about it. Literally 100% of people polled when showed what you advertised VS what you did have said the same thing, which was "What the ****"

Alex and his team did a fantastic job installing a simple concrete patio at our house. I solicited…read morehis services on Yelp after reading through his numerous positive reviews (and even the one or negative ones) to determine he was the right guy for the job. Alex was very responsive throughout the planning and execution process, and even oversaw the entire installation. His crew were dedicated and skilled workers who were very kind. Scope of the project included covering an existing concrete slab. Alex made sure to add 3-4 inch rebar dowels every 24 inches and wire mesh to give the new layer something finer to hold on to, in addition to the binding agent for a more firm fusion. We also paid extra for the 3,500 PSI rated concrete given the Texas heat. Further, he extended the sides of our driveway, replacing the paver stone and gravel with level concrete. This also included fixing part of the walkway that had been pushed up by Live Oak roots, which was a tripping hazard, and now forming a smooth transition. Alex was also great when it came to pricing. He was very transparent, and me not being a concrete guy, asked a good friend who's been a general contractor for 30+ years to review the proposal and methods, and follow the work, all of which he said was done expertly. I'd highly recommend Ace for your concrete needs.

Their equipment is not secure and something flew out their trailer and hit my windshield and damaged it. When I called the number that was posted on the trailer, I left a message explaining everything and a woman returned my call. To her credit she did ask how I was but after that she asked me if I had a video of it. Like seriously, I'm not a police officer I don't have a dash cam and furthermore, I don't have my phone at hand when driving. She then asked me what I would like and I told her I would like for y'all to fix it and make it right. She blamed it on rocks on the road and I told her the road was clear. It literally came out of your trailer but it happened so fast it caught me off guard, I didn't have time to react other than memorize the phone number on the back of the trailer. She was really rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. I thought about writing this out for a while because I was really upset and didn't want to do it that same day. I wanted my emotions to settle but I also thought that people should know that if this is how they treat people whom are informing them of something like this and them being rude and disrespectful, then maybe you wouldn't want to do business with them. It's very upsetting we love supporting local but will not support people like this.
