Erik from Hill Country Stone Care went above and beyond with the services he provided for my 1 year old new build home. Our builders didn't seal our countertops, tile floors, or showers. Erik cleaned and sealed our quartz/granite/grout + caulked our sinks + cleaned our shower grout & caulked and sealed the shower...and somehow managed to do all of this within a work day. Our quartz had lots of stains, he got our quartz looking better than we even knew possible, our bathrooms look brand new again, the smell was minimal and gone by the evening and he even went above and beyond to fix our kitchen grout line because he noticed it needed it + voluntarily did some practice runs on quartz to perfect trying to get a torch mark out of our quartz. Erik has been my neighbor for over five years. When he transitioned from being Police to opening up his own Stone Care business, I was happy to have him come look in my house. Wow, can't believe the quality and dedication Erik and his team have towards their work. They were extremely professional and picked up all of my phone calls. It's rare to find these types of people nowadays. Had I known about their quality of work, I would have used them before for my marble floors. I can't say enough about Erik and Hill Country Stone Care, everything you'd want and hope for in terms of service, quality, responsiveness, consultation and so on. Erik explained things we didn't know about our stone and how to care for it, but was never pushy or trying to upsell. He did sealing of our granite both inside and at our outdoor kitchen, resealed pool copiing, cleaned and sealed grout, and replaced caulking in our shower and a few sinks. We have been in our home 6 years and didn't do the recommended maintenance and have hard water, so our counter tops are needed some TLC.
