When I need to ask questions on my account, which is current, if the phone is answered I'm told I will get a call back. Just to clarify is that 3 to 5 business days later or is it when it's most convenient for the reps? When I finally do get a hold of someone, it's a different response from each rep. What a shame. There is terrible communication unless they want to take a payment of course. I truly wish I would have never needed this loan but it was a reality for us. I shopped around for options prior and this I thought was my best bet. Sadly, the customer service here is horrible.
