This store is absolutely the worst. I only have 4 payments left on my account and never made a late…read morepayment because they always called. Then one day they stopped calling and now I'm being charged astronomical fees. I'm beyond pissed and annoyed because no one left a voicemail like they did the other 7 times I paid, and it seems like because I'm at the end of my loan they want to start doing shady business. I will never in my life do business with this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone except to the pits of hell.

In this case being a customer for roughly 8 months, rep Erica did not attempt to ease the client needs. Part of any customer service role is being empathetic and sympathetic with the client and their needs. Erica lacks the essential basics of customer service and more her message she showed by laugh at my concern. three stars Is not truly what would represent this location but based on the initial experience at the Grissome location tip over today. When I got the vehicle back, multiple items had been stolen from my truck and it doesn't not run now. I drove the truck the night before it was picked up and it ran perfectly. The morons that run this store want to deny any responsibility and want to pass the buck onto the vendors that they hired to tow and store my vehicles. The stolen items yes I can see being the responsibility of the storage facility but the fact tm requires them, per their contract, to cut keys is their responsibility and is what caused my trucks computer to crash. Now tm will not take ownership of situation and they just keep blowing me off. If they are the ones that require storage yard to cut keys, then they are the responsible party for any damages that result. Corporate office is just as unhelpful as the store. I asked Stephen to provide me his bosses name and contact info and he refused. He also lied to corporate with me on the phone saying he did not advise me to call corporate to file a claim when he in fact did. I would NEVER in a million years recommend anyone use this location or tm in general.

Usually around Xmas time I take out the max and around income tax I always paid it off, then in summer of 2023 I called to see if I can just borrow $500 and they put me on hold after taking my information and then another girl gets on and she says she the manager and very snotty she says they are unable to help me and I ask why and at that time I was in between jobs so I take it they ran my credit and was like okay I get it but why be snotty about it and I ask again who she was and she kept say I'm the manager and I finally ask for her name and she said Veronica and I just hung up and left it like that... Today I called because something unexpected happened and well I printed out my check stubs and was ready to give all my updated information, but when someone answers and I explain I'm needing to reopen a loan that I had for years and she tells me that I called less then 6 mos ago and if I'm sure if I want to try again and I told her yes then she puts me on hold then here comes the manager on the phone telling me I'm denied because my credit wasn't good and I told her yeah I know my credit isn't good but I always had called in the past and they would tell me to take in my pay stubs showing proof I'm still working and current utility bill proving where I live and with the same snotty attitude says they are finance with the bank and that's how they get their money. I didn't want to get into with her because she sounded the same snotty Veronica I spoke to months back, it's a shame that I've been doing business here for years and seen so many little girls come and go and wasn't hard for me to get money because I build my history with them but I guess that doesn't matter here but what's makes me angry that they are not professional at all about it and have a shitty attitude, well glad I was able to get help from another company that I build history the same time as I did with this company.

There is NO way Aaron B wouldl have thought it was from a "secret Santa" as it comes attached to a letter explaining the finance charges and payments, and the back of the check is full of information referencing the agreement. If you cannot meet the terms of the loan, don't take the loan. The check I received was for $604 with $98 payments for 9 months. Nobody forces people to take the money, and it doesn't take much to know it is not from a secret Santa.

What is BOA thinking??? I make a deposit once a month. I walk in yesterday and only one teller inside at 11:30 am. What????... One teller??? ... Always busy, no drive thru and you have one teller inside??? I just came from RBFC where there were four tellers inside plus several lanes in their drive thru open I tell the lady that is walking around, Manager of the Day I guess, that I am not happy that they closed the drive thru. (I told a different lady the same thing last month when I was in there.) The elderly man in front of me turns around and says "Me too!" I also mentioned that I was unhappy that there was one teller with a line waiting. She asked if I had an account at the bank. NO I don't. I don't like banks. I certainly don't like this bank as I said in my previous tip. Why is this always a question with them? It doesn't matter if I am an account holder, I am here to do a transaction at this bank. Someone I do business with has an account at your bank and that's why I'm there to make a deposit. I am annoyed, frustrated, and now my voice raised when she wouldn't stop talking to me even after I asked her to stop. I was coming unglued. I was expressing my displeasure. I didn't want to answer her questions. I didn't want to hear her excuses. I feel closing the drive thru is the wrong thing to do. end of story. the end. period. .... Horrible Customer Service... P.S.
