In this case being a customer for roughly 8 months, rep Erica did not attempt to ease the client needs. Part of any customer service role is being empathetic and sympathetic with the client and their needs. Erica lacks the essential basics of customer service and more her message she showed by laugh at my concern. three stars Is not truly what would represent this location but based on the initial experience at the Grissome location tip over today. The way business works is retaining a customer not pushing them away.
