We've had to go through hoops with corporate to try to get our policies canceled, and they have continued to autodraft payments in the meantime. Even when corporate was able to cancel the autodraft, we received a bill for hundreds of dollars, when in fact we are owed the return of the drafts that occurred after our new policy in a new state was started. We've been told that only our local agent can complete this process, so we are stuck. I can no longer recommend this office in good faith.
