I don't know if this Credit Union is too big for its britches but they need to get more help. No one should have to hold that long to ask a question about their loan or anything else for that matter . Customer service hasn't helped either. The chat agents seem to be handling too many conversations at once -- responses take 5-7 minutes and usually end up being generic messages like, "We're looking into your history," without actually resolving anything. With how expensive gas, groceries, and everyday cost of living have become, I think people should seriously consider who they trust with their money. For some families, even $125 can make a real difference in paying bills, buying groceries, or getting through the week. In my experience, the way this situation was handled felt disconnected from the financial pressure people are already under. Overall, this has been by far the worst credit union I've used. Good communication shouldn't only happen when money is leaving your account -- it should also happen when there's a problem. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend banking here.

I got there at 5:30 and they were closed with no one in sight. I thought it was a coincidence so I tried again to. Their weekend hours posted reflect closing time at 4:00pm. I got there at 3:50pm they were closed and door locked. The worker had actually walked out 1 minute before I parked. He was sitting in his car and I let my window to ask him why they closed early and he put up the index finger to indicate "one sec" needless to say he never let the window down. I've given multiple chances for this company to honor their hours posted and they have failed both times. I personally wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

I was told that I needed to bring in a social security card for each of them instead of a driver's license. As we walked out the door, my daughter said to me, "Wow! Not toooo friendly there. I wouldn't want an account there." My son agreed.
