Only downside I saw was there were a limited amount of tables for folding your clothes. I was able to find one but if it was a busy night I would have been out of luck. You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

While the facilities were clean enough, the machines were a little grimy with detergent residue where it is added because of the style of machines. (I still use a traditional top loading machine.). Because it's been a long time, as I said, I had no idea what to expect as far as cost. It was definitely expensive--but again, I used quarters last time, and it would take a lot to dry your towels. Our guests had gotten a stain on it over the holidays and had wet it to get the stain out not realizing it was too big to be washed in our home washer/dryer. Using T + D drop-off/pickup service seemed like a great idea! Unfortunately, things didn't go well. We received this text (not a phone call) letting us know they had ripped the mattress pad. "Due to normal wear & tear there was a rip that occurred to the mattress protector that we noticed after the wash. You can come pick it up but we were not able to dry it. We will refund you the $15 that was charged to your card and will offer a 25% discount on your next order." No apology! No phone call! I called and asked them to please dry it and my husband would pick it up and I would repair it. They said no, it could not be dried because there were multiple big rips and it was not fixable. Again no apology! A California King mattress pad is quite expensive and all they offer is a 25% discount on my next service for ruining it. Never using their drop-off/pickup service again. Very disappointed! :(

On pick up date, I was informed via text when the driver was en route to my home. I set my bags of laundry on the porch in laundry bags. Once the driver picked them up, I was informed via text that they were taken off the porch. The next day, I received another text that the driver was en route back to my house and a final text confirming drop off. I could not believe my eyes how smoothly this process went. From the moment I opened my door, I SMELLED MY LAUNDRY THROUGH THE BAGS. Not only did I smell my laundry, everything was SO neatly folded and hung up. I also received my personal laundry bags back. The clothes were folded and stacked neatly in tighter bags to ensure the clothes did not come unfolded. I have military parents -- even they would be impressed with the innate attention to detail these folks gave to my laundry. The pricing is extremely reasonable (even without a coupon).
