The place is very large with many washing machines and dryers so you won't have to worry about not finding a machine to do your clothes in. There are different sizes of washing machines and then 2 sizes for the dryers with the dryers adding 8min for each quarter. The washing machines vary but I know for the smallest load it's $2.25. The owner or one of his family members is always here ready to assist and all of them are very friendly too. They also have a small shop inside where you can buy any supplies you might have forgot for a fair price. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I come here as the place is always clean and quiet. I hope others can enjoy this small laundry mat whenever they need to as it truly is a great place!

The guy running the place was nice and gave tips on which cups to fill for the washing machines and found out wash n fold is $1.00 a pound. Washes are about 30 minutes per load and there are three different sizes in machines. Don't worry about finding a dryer there are 32 of them plus another three for large loads. Keep your eyes open the area is sketchy. Alterations can be done here as well.

Only downside I saw was there were a limited amount of tables for folding your clothes. I was able to find one but if it was a busy night I would have been out of luck. Not to mention, I came with a sample pair that I got altered a couple of years because I still love the fit! The lady at the location was adamant that she understood and could deliver a quality product. Not keep in mind this 5 pair of pants with the tag still on them. So I wait patiently for a week to have these alteration completed. I got to pick the pants up and something about the ladies energy is off. I'm big on energy! I'm picking them up in between jobs so I insert my card for the $75.00. Grab my items and go to my second job. When I get home I try them on and it did not give what it was suppose to have gave! It's appeared that nothing was done. My pants look the same as before. I was in shock! I just paid $75.00! So I go back 8/19/2021 and attempt to resolve the issue. The lady that works there seemed to be on board with providing options until she wanted me to pay an additional $100.00 to complete the same work that I asked her to do in the first place. She then called the manager and had her try to explain why I should be ok with spending an additional $100.00 to fix an issue that was due to a language barrier. Be aware when you attempt to patronize this establishment! Sincerely disgusted with the lack of caring, horrible, customer service!!!!! Good customer service is HARD to find anymore!

The best part is if you need a rush job they can usually make it happen. I bring all of my stuff here... like I said it is a bit higher then what I was used to in TX but they have not messed up or lost anything yet! That is worth a ton to me! Some of my wife's stuff has belts that have gotten lost at other places or are just more delicate then your Reg shirts and slacks. Everything I have brought here, and that has been a lot of stuff, has come out perfectly. I'm my opinion that is worth the slightly higher cost!

I Returned in three days to pick up the jacket. Nothing had been done to the jacket and I was told to return in two days When I returned to pick up the jacket on the second trip I was told by Tony that they had been very busy and they did not have a chance to dry clean the jacket,however the button was reattached. My telephone number, course was on file in their computer system, however, no one took the time to alert me that the jacket would not be ready on time as promised. Yes, they may be nice people, however, they are not competent and they are not respectful toward their customers and their customers time.
