The lady is very nice, but her husband and especially her son are not. I went to have my jeans hemmed and found out that just getting them cut and hemmed was going to cost more than the brand named jeans. This happened with a pair of my husband's jeans but we were sick and just wanted to leave. We are new and never expected to pay $50 to get 2 pairs of jeans hemmed. We won't be going back. read more

I pass three other cleaners to come here. They do the work themselves, don't send it out like others. Always ready in one or two days depending when I drop off. I take dry cleaning and shirt laundering here and it's always done right. They also don't use a lot of cardboard and plastic clips to throw away and will take back the hangers. I have never known a friendlier, more reliable dry cleaning service. Not only is Kleen Sweet an easy choice due to location (very close to work), but how many times can you say that your dry cleaner has only had to ask for your name once in the three years you've used their services? Not often, if ever, I'd say. I can drop off my clothes in simply the time it takes to park and walk in. Then once they're done, I need only to walk in or drive up. The lady behind the counter sees me, nods kindly, then flips the switch to convey my pressed and hung shirts or whatever to the front of the shop. Nothing is easier. Went searching for a new dry cleaner after the one next to my office that I had used for 7 years went out of business. Wow, this place is awesome. At first I was skeptical because of the location but common sense and reviews prevailed and I gave them a shot. Like the other reviewers have said, very personable mom and pop with everything done in house. Really makes a difference compared to those other 3rd party folks. Treated rudely, even after being overcharged. I dropped off 4 items ... one for dry cleaning and 3 that were to be simply laundered. 1 of the 3 laundry items were suggested for hand pressing by the lady who took my order. Upon pickup, the owner ... a very unfriendly fellow ... charged me for hand pressing on all the items ... which increased the bill ... instead of $14, it was $22. Even after explaining that she and I had agreed upon the order, he had no interest in a fair billing price and remained extremely rude and argumentative. I won't be taking more business to a place with such terrible customer service attitudes. read more
